Please let it be known that there are possible spoilers ahead for the upcoming season and comic book of The Walking Dead. If you don’t want to know them, stop reading now.

The seventh season of The Walking Dead is going to be a full one with a lot of things happening and new characters getting a longer run. Still, the focus of the fans is set on the first 10-15 minutes of the season premiere which will reveal who Negan kills with his trusty barbed-wire bat named Lucille.

Early on Friday, AMC’s official Twitter account for The Walking Dead tweeted out the following image and asked others to help them out. Tweeting out that hashtag would issue a response from the account that revealed the teaser trailer.

As revealed by ComicBook.com, the teaser trailer was released online, but the full trailer for Season 7 is due out later on Friday. Actually, it’s set to come out during the Comic-Con panel for The Walking Dead between 1-2 p.m. PT.

For now, here is the teaser trailer and this article will be updated later once the official trailer comes out.

Season 7 will pick up immediately where Season 6 left off with Negan playing an evil game of “eenie meenie miney mo” with the survivors. He points Lucille in the face of each one and goes through the motions of his game, but no-one will know who is chosen until the season premiere.

While four cast members have been promoted to full-time regulars, that is not all good news. With that, one series regular is about to lose their job as Negan is going to kill someone and it’s not known yet who it will be.

In the graphic novel for “The Walking Dead,” Glenn is the member of the survivors who ends up beaten to death by Negan in a shocking kill. Everyone thought Glenn bit it earlier this season at the hands of the Walkers, but it proved to be a ruse by the show’s creators.

Some fans think it will be Glenn who gets killed by Negan at the start of the season, but the TV show has not always done everything exactly as the book does it.

There is no doubt that fans will not be sent in a different direction or teased again in the season premiere. Producer Greg Nicotero confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Negan is the type of guy who loves to be in charge.

“Negan’s the kind of guy who imagines himself on stage at a high school production and he loves every second of it,” he said. “So, I don’t really see a lot of quiet contemplative moments with Negan. I feel like with Negan it’s really going to be about him gesticulating and him sort of relishing in the sound of his own voice while he commands the stage in front of whoever’s alive.”

Season 7 of The Walking Dead is quite possibly going to tear people apart before it ever actually begins on AMC in October. Fans just want to know what Negan is going to do with Lucille and who he is going to beat to death. While some believe they know who it will be, it would not be out of the question for the show makers to swerve everyone. This new trailer from San Diego Comic-Con 2016 does nothing but heat up the teasing and make all the fans that much more anxious.
