‘Teen Mom 2’ Kailyn Lowry Tweets To Rumored Girlfriend Amid Javi Marroquin Divorce

Kailyn Lowry may still be married to Javi Marroquin, but she continues to be linked to her longtime friend, Becky Hayter. Since the Teen Mom 2 star parted ways with Marroquin earlier this year, Lowry has got tongues wagging with her frequent outings with Hayter and their kiss at a pride festival in New Jersey.

Lowry is currently on vacation with a few of her other female friends and her children, 6-year-old Isaac and 2-year-old Lincoln. Her rumored girlfriend, Hayter, remains on her mind and last night, she sent her a message, letting Hayter know that she wished she was around.

Only July 20, after Hayter shared one of many sad tweets, which read, “I have such FOMO right now,” Kailyn Lowry responded, saying, “You should have come.”

Currently, Kailyn Lowry is in Puerto Rico and judging by her social media feed, she’s having tons of fun. However, when she returns home to Delaware, she will have to face her impending divorce from Marroquin, the father of her youngest son, Lincoln.

As fans of Teen Mom 2 saw during the finale and reunion episodes, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin decided to end their marriage earlier this year after facing marital troubles due to Lowry’s 2015 miscarriage and Marroquin’s deployment.

During the reunion special, Marroquin was seen via video chat, and Kailyn Lowry spoke to Dr. Drew Pinsky in the studio. While Marroquin expressed his desire to keep his marriage intact, Lowry wasn’t having it and made it clear that she intended to part ways after feeling unsupported as she endured the heartache caused by her miscarriage.

According to Marroquin, he was sorry that he wasn’t there for Lowry as an emotional support, but when it came to moving forward, Kailyn Lowry said she and Marroquin simply wanted different things in life.

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin also feuded over their future family during Season 7. While Lowry wasn’t open to having more children, despite getting pregnant just months prior, Marroquin badly wanted more children and did his best to talk Lowry into the idea.

“Javi and I have not been good for two freakin’ years, why on God’s green earth would I bring another child into that?” Kailyn Lowry told a friend during the finale episode of the season, via Us Weekly. “He says if I’m not gonna have any more kids, he can’t stay with me.”

During a separate scene, Kailyn Lowry was seen talking to her husband on FaceTime.

“I guess there is no future,” Marroquin said when Kailyn Lowry confirmed she was unwilling to have more children. “I’m always gonna resent you, I’m always be mad at you deep down… Once we decide to get a divorce here, or when we decide to get a divorce when I get home, my dad can move my s**t, and when I get home I don’t have to go to that house.”

As the show continued, Kailyn Lowry spoke of the heartache that her children would soon endure due to her and Marroquin’s split.

“Isaac calls him ‘Dad,’ so, like, that’s really freakin’ hard,” Kailyn Lowry said. “But I want my kids to see a healthy, solid relationship, or not.”

Kailyn Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, are expected to return to MTV later this year or early next year for the next season of Teen Mom 2. A premiere date has not been confirmed.
