Jordan Rodgers Brother Slips Up About ‘Bachelorette’ JoJo And Jordan’s Engagement: Did Luke Rodgers Just Spoil The Final Rose Ceremony?

Bachelorette fans may not need spoilers to figure out who JoJo Fletcher picks this season. Not only has Chris Harrison hinted who JoJo gives her final rose to, Jordan Rodgers’ oldest brother Luke may have just committed the ultimate faux pas by leaking out information about the outcome of the Bachelorette final rose ceremony.

With the season finale just a little over one week away, most viewers will be totally shocked if JoJo gets engaged to anyone other than former NFL player Jordan Rodgers. While what his brother, Luke, revealed about his relationship with JoJo is a bit of a bombshell, host Chris Harrison tells CBS Sports analyst Doug Gottlieb that the romance fans are seeing between JoJo and Jordan is “100 percent real.”

So, what did Luke Rodgers say that all but confirms that JoJo didn’t pick Robby Hayes, Luke Pell, or Chase McNary?

Earlier this week, Luke (Jordan’s brother, not the guy who’s rumored to be the next Bachelor) did an interview with Womanista and talked about, among other things, Jordan and JoJo’s hometown date.

Unfortunately for fans who didn’t want to know what happen, Luke went a bit too far about Jordan’s relationship with JoJo.

Luke told Womanista‘s Lindsay Caldwell that Jordan was “head over heels” for JoJo during the hometown dates and he’s never seen his brother “so in love before.” He went on to say that JoJo “was quick to gel” with the Rodgers’ family (minus NFL star Aaron), and they had a lot of laughs when the episode was filmed.

Then he made a critical error — and quickly corrected himself. Unfortunately, it was too late with savvy Bachelorette fans catching Luke slipping up and spreading the news about a potential Jordan win on social media.

“[JoJo] was able to just so easily come lockstep with our family and conversations and stuff, except for the fact that she is missing some crucial movies that we quote a lot, but we’re going to catch her up,” Luke said.

“Going to catch her up?” As in after the finale when they can all start living life as a family instead of pretending they aren’t engaged?

Luke tried to smooth over his mistake by quickly changing his wording, but it didn’t help.

“We could catch her up with that, should she need to be caught up, depending on how this whole thing ends,” Luke said seconds after he realized his error. “But yeah, she can definitely roll with us, which is fun. It was fun.”

Last season, Variety reported that Shawn and Kaitlyn leaked out a Snapchat picture that showed them together in bed, a mistake that confirmed Reality Steve‘s spoilers and had some fans angry that the couple ruined the ending.

However, Luke Rodgers’ slip-up isn’t such a big deal. According to a previous report from the Inquisitr, even JoJo has been hinting that she gave Jordan her final rose, something that will be confirmed when the season finale airs on August 1.

The Bachelorette recently told People that “right off the bat” she was always herself around Jordan and around him. She went on to say that they “laugh a lot together” and when he told her he was in love with her for the first time it was “perfect.”

Is Luke Rodgers’ slip-up a big deal? For fans who try to avoid spoilers, they may be disappointed to find out a week early that there’s a very good chance that Jordan and JoJo get engaged on the season finale.

However, for any viewer who has watched this season closely, it was obvious from the moment JoJo gave Jordan the first impression rose (and the first kiss) that he was her No. 1 pick.

Find out if The Bachelorette final rose ceremony plays out as expected with Jordan and JoJo walking off into the sunset on the August 1 finale and on to their first public appearance on the live After the Final Rose special that airs right after JoJo hands out her final rose.
