‘Big Brother 18’ Spoilers: HOH Competition Delayed, Paulie Calafiore Gets To Pick Eviction Target For ‘BB18’ House [Spoilers]

Big Brother 18 spoilers from Thursday (July 21) may include the HOH competition getting delayed. There is a lot slated to take place in the BB18 house over the next 48 hours, with someone getting evicted, a new Head of Household being crowned, and the Battle Back competition playing out. The CBS live feeds are also going to be down for a while, with the site advertising that it could be for an extended period of time. Logging on to the live feeds, users are now greeted with this message.

“The Feeds will be down a lil’ longer than usual this week, but with good reason! Find out on Battle Back this Friday, July 22 at 8/7c.”

This all indicates that there will be a lot of action taking place in the BB18 house while the feeds are down. It’s possible that this indicates the HOH competition will not take place during the “live” July 21 episode, with the intent to wait until the Battle Back competition has taken place. A previous report by the Inquisitr gives an in-depth explanation of how the competition will work.

Since the Battle Back competition isn’t being advertised as a “live” episode, it’s easy to deduce that producers could be taping it on Thursday evening. That could lead to a large amount of Big Brother 18 spoilers coming out on Friday night. The live feeds could be turned back on following the Battle Back episode airing on the West Coast (9 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. ET on July 22). It may include more than just the identity of the BB18 houseguest re-entering the game.

Typically, the Big Brother 18 schedule has nominations take place on Friday mornings, followed by the Roadkill competition later in the day. Then, the Veto competition takes place on Saturdays. It could still work this way, if the Battle Back competition is held late Thursday and then the next Head of Household is crowned shortly after it. That would allow the new HOH to name their nominations for eviction on Friday morning, even if it isn’t revealed to viewers or live feed subscribers until a bit later.

Meanwhile, there is still a lot of debate about who the BB18 house plans to evict on Thursday night. There are factions who want Tiffany Rousso evicted, but there are also people who want Da’Vonne Rogers to get evicted. A report from fan site Joker’s Updates on Thursday morning shows that Frank Eudy and HOH Paulie Calafiore were still talking about what would transpire at the eviction ceremony. It appears that it all boils down to what Paulie decides he wants to do this week. This could mean more Big Brother 18 spoilers come out before the “live” show.

There could be a lot of drama over the weekend, depending on which evicted houseguest gets the chance to re-enter the game. Jozea Flores could certainly provide a lot of chaos to the BB18 house if he gets back in the game, but so could Da’Vonne Rogers or Tiffany Rousso, depending on which lady gets evicted Thursday night. It will certainly throw off the plans of the people currently running the house, especially if the evicted houseguest finds a way to win the next HOH competition.

The Thursday night episode on July 21 begins at 9 p.m. PT/ET, with the expectation that the CBS live feeds go down shortly before the East Coast episode begins. That’s when the action will get started, beginning with the Week 4 eviction. Tiffany Rousso and Da’Vonne Rogers are both at risk, with the answer to who goes home on July 21 answered on Thursday afternoon. That should present additional Big Brother 18 spoilers for fans to devour before the house goes dark.
