Art Lebedev Navigarius GPS Gets All Conceptual On Us

The Art Lebedev Navigarius GPS doesn’t offer new GPS software concepts, what it does offer is a novel approach to the design form factor of GPS units, providing a circular display that sets it apart from the competition.

At this time the unit is only a concept, but it developed further it would include a standard touchscreen, USB port and a MicroSD card slot for adding more maps, audio files and other useful GPS software. It would also include a car charger and a very small base mount that’s also rounded and sleek.

While this particular device may never reach production hopefully the design will find a home at Garmin, TomTom or another GPS manufacturer looking for a new take on their same old designs. [via ArtLebedev]
