Tara Reid’s War Against Lisa D’Amato Threatens Jenny McCarthy

Sharknado actress Tara Reid is baring her teeth with fighting words launched first at Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars personality Lisa D’Amato and secondly at Jenny McCarthy for daring to broach the subject of the first feud. Reid proved to be too forthright in her honesty and lacking the filter most celebrities possess for not speaking everything that comes to one’s mind when she went after D’Amato and McCarthy.

Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Sets The Scene For Tara Reid’s War Against Fellow Celebrities

The drama surrounding Tara Reid started on the set of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars in an episode which aired on July 1, reported Us Weekly. Reid challenged Lisa D’Amato to a stare down, as D’Amato confronted Tara about the tension she noticed arising between them.

“As far as Tara’s concerned, I realize that she’s trying to shut me down from asking her questions, and it was like ice. It was like she was trying to shoot ice through my veins,” said Lisa in a clip.

Ms. Reid also commented on the brewing trouble, drawing attention for the habit D’Amato has for offering criticism to others, yet Tara points out that Lisa is unwilling to accept similar critiques from others.

It was at this point that D’Amato heated things up by suggesting Reid is afraid of her, suggesting Tara’s inability to make eye contact is evidence of some wariness on the Sharknado star’s part. Tara was quick to react to this, however, challenging her Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars to an actual stare down.

“Look in my eyes, Lisa,” Reid said. “Here’s eye contact. What part of this don’t you get? I’m not afraid of you. You want to start a fight? I’m not scared of you. You want to go there? I’m not going to do it.”

Things grew awkward from there when D’Amato responded to the threats by telling Reid that she was actually a fan of her work. Unwilling to relent, Tara told Lisa that she doesn’t want her idol worship or her friendship. Tara seemed intent on making an enemy of Lisa D’Amato and, if that was her goal, Reid should be pleased with the results.

Jenny McCarthy Is The Second Woman To Get On Tara Reid’s Bad Side

Following the airing of that Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars episode, Tara Reid moved tried to put the incident past her by appearing on Jenny McCarthy’s SiriusXM radio show to talk about the upcoming fourth installment of the Sharknado franchise. While both ladies started out cordial and brimming with charm, things quickly took a turn for the worse. People reveals that the interview went bad when Jenny commented on the latest installment of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.

McCarthy only brought up the reality series because, as she confessed to Tara, she’s a big fan of Reid on the show and wanted to know if she regretted doing the show at all.

“It’s not worth the time to talk about,” Reid responded coldly. “There’s confusing things about it. We are not talking about it.”

McCarthy seemed disappointed and again commented about how much she loved the series. In reply, Tara reiterated her request that they not discuss the series, suggesting that there was still unresolved conflict on the set and that she was either unable or unwilling to comment on it at present.

From there, it appeared as though Jenny McCarthy was looking to get a rise out of Reid. While her next question was about the Sharknado film, even that seemed to suggest criticism of Reid’s physical shape.

“It’s not like you really need to get into shape,” McCarthy said. “It’s Sharknado. They’re fake sharks.”

Following that remark, Jenny went into the topic of Reid’s history with plastic surgery, asking the Sharknado actress if she was still considering more surgery. Tara went on the defensive following this line of questioning and accused Ms. McCarthy of focusing on the negative rumors instead of on the film for which she had hoped to promote.

At this point, Tara Reid hoped to end the interview before things got any worse on the air.

“It was really nice talking to you and really good luck with your show.”

Jenny wasn’t willing to let Reid go just yet, however. The radio show host seemed eager to get in her last digs, before allowing Reid to depart.

“Good luck to you, too, and I’m so excited about Sharknado and I hope you stay married,” McCarthy calmly quipped back. “I hope your knees get a little wobblier than they already are.”

Tara responded in kind, no doubt providing more entertainment than listeners had expected when they first tuned into McCarthy’s radio broadcast.

“I hope you stay married too. I’m sure he’s a nice guy,” Reid responded. “I hope your t**s get even nicer, because they’re amazing. The same guy who did mine, right? I’ll always use your advice. You’re the best. Bye.”

Fair enough. The drama was over.

Not quite. Jenny McCarthy wanted to get in one more insult. After all, it is her radio show, so it only makes sense that she should have the last word.

“Love you, Tara. Good luck with Sharknado 18,” McCarthy told Tara Reid.
