Khloe Kardashian Focuses On Fitness & Trey Songz After Lamar Odom ‘Flipped’
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are responding in very different ways while going through the divorce process for the second time. Since filing for divorce from Lamar again in May, Khloe has sought to move on, muscling up her fitness and enjoying a new romance with Trey Songz. But in contrast to Kardashian, Odom appears to be falling apart, according to E News‘ sources.
Kardashian has faced criticism for not rushing to rescue Lamar after he was removed from a plane drunk and vomiting, as the Inquisitr reported. But one of E‘s sources revealed that Khloe feels she can no longer put her “whole life on hold” for Odom.
“[Khloe] wants babies one day, and he can’t give her that life, so she will always support him and be there to help him if needed, but can’t wait for him.”
Lamar’s recent actions have led to concern that he is back to his old habits, with reports that he became so intoxicated at the Los Angeles International airport that he vomited repeatedly on the plane before getting kicked off. One of E‘s sources revealed that a single incident “sent him over the edge,” and from there it was downhill.
“[Odom] obviously is weak when it comes to substances and he just flipped. It gave him the excuse he needed.”
The insider also expressed concern that Lamar has stopped staying in touch with those who want to help him stay sober.
“Now he is on the east coast and he is hanging out with old friends who used to be a bad influence on him,” added the source. “He is meant to be there as a surprise for his son’s birthday, but he has not been in touch with any of the people who have been trying to keep him sober for the past month.”
In contrast, Khloe has sought to move on with her life, from muscling up her workouts to celebrating her new romance. Kardashian flaunted her toned arm muscles on Snapchat, documenting her fitness regimen, noted People.
“If I can do it. You can do it. It all starts with day 1!” wrote the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star for a caption.
The 32-year-old reality TV personality showed off her abs as well, running on the hills with encouragement from her personal trainer. And when it comes to tough workouts, Khloe is willing and able to take it to the max.
Although Khloe worked out with Gunnar Peterson for a long time, she recently switched to trainer Don Brooks, who guided her through her intense workout on Friday. It all began in a studio, with core training and strength training. Then it was time to head for the hills.
Kardashian didn’t give up, even though Don had the reality TV star running in a sauna suit.
“Don has me on a hill running in the heat,” shared the determined Khloe on social media.
As for who gets to admire Kardashian’s toned body? She recently was spotted making out with Trey Songz, according to ET.
The two have partied at night clubs and have been public about their displays of affection.
“They weren’t shy about it!” an eyewitness told ET of their making out sessions.
Khloe and Trey also were seen having some flirty fun at her birthday party, reported Us Weekly.
During their night club PDA sessions, Kardashian and Songz were “cozying up” in a VIP booth, an observer told Us. The two entered the club as a couple as well. He also was a guest on an episode of Kocktails With Khloe, which has since been canceled.
Prior to dating Trey, Khloe was with Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden as well as her estranged husband Lamar, who she recently filed for divorce from for a second time.
