‘Days Of Our Lives’: Eric Martsolf Discusses Tate’s Kidnapping — Is Summer Innocent? [Spoilers]

Days Of Our Lives has a huge mystery and it involves Tate’s kidnapping. Eric Martsolf portrays Brady Black on the NBC soap opera. Recently, the actor discussed what DOOL fans can expect from Brady, Summer, and baby Tate. Is Summer guilty of abducting Brady and Theresa’s son or is she innocent?
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Brady and Theresa (Jen Lilley) are panicked and are trying to locate their missing son. At first, they suspected that Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) was involved. Some Days Of Our Lives fans still think the grandfather wanted to teach Theresa Donovan a lesson. However, as time went on, some think Victor might not have been part of the abduction.
Right now, the main suspect in Tate’s kidnapping is Summer Townsend (Marie Wilson). Does she have baby Tate or is she being unfairly accused? Or is it a little bit of both? Eric Martsolf previewed what is coming up next on Days Of Our Lives. He revealed some major DOOL spoilers regarding Brady, Summer, and Tate’s kidnapping to Soap Opera Digest.

It turns out that Summer was told to kidnap Tate by a mystery blackmailer. The identity of the person was not revealed, but as fans saw earlier this week, Summer met with a woman. However, when Brady and Theresa confronted Summer in Las Vegas, she swore that she didn’t go through with the abduction. If Summer doesn’t have the baby, then who does? Brady demanded that Summer give him any information on the blackmailer, which included a phone number. Unfortunately, it is disconnected, but some research revealed that it belonged to a dummy corporation that is now shut down.
That isn’t the biggest DOOL spoiler, though. It turns out that Victor Kiriakis is linked to that dummy corporation. Does this mean that Victor is responsible for bribing Summer?
In my opinion, I think Victor did bribe Summer to kidnap Tate. However, when Summer didn’t follow through with it, someone else ended up abducting Brady and Theresa’s baby. As of right now, Victor is starting to panic because he realizes that Summer doesn’t have the child. As fans recall, when Victor first heard the news of Tate’s kidnapping, he didn’t seem that concerned. However, now he is starting to get worried and he should be. If Summer doesn’t have baby Tate, then who does and will he ever be found?

Eric Martsolf also revealed that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Paul Norita (Christopher Sean) are not the only ones helping locate Tate. Steve (Stephen Nichols) is also on the case and is “pretty integral in helping.” The actor gave one final Days Of Our Lives spoiler. By the end of next week, Summer will make Brady and Theresa an offer that catches them both by surprise. Does this have to do with Tate or Victor? Is it something that will lead to the baby being found or prove that Victor had a hand in the kidnapping scheme?
According to She Knows, Summer will give Roman (Josh Taylor) a statement regarding Tate’s kidnapping. On July 28, John will get a lead in the case. Could this lead actually pan out or will it be another dead end?
Other Days Of Our Lives spoilers include Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) making it through the bomb detonation alive, but they are trapped after the explosion. Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) tells Aiden Jennings (Daniel Cosgrove) that Rafe and Hope are dead. However, they are really in a secret tunnel underneath Salem. Rafe has a hurt leg and Hope ends up having a medical emergency. Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will be dealing with the aftermath of the blast. Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) will try once again to stop Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) from trying to get custody of baby Thomas. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) moves out of the mansion and Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry) asks Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) for another chance.
