Mischa Barton Posed Topless Smoking A Cigarette For Instagram Photo In Greece

Mischa Barton posed topless while smoking a cigarette for an Instgram photo while on vacation in Mykonos, Greece.

The former O.C. star, notorious for playing the role of Marissa Cooper, stripped down for an impromtu photo shoot on a balcony in Mykonos, Greece.

Daily Mail claims Barton is currently battling against her mother and former manager, Nuala Barton, over the sale of her $7 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Mischa Barton and her mother have had an estranged relationship for some years. British-born Mischa famously sued her mother in 2015, accusing her of defrauding her by stealing her money.

In revealing legal documents obtained by Daily Mail Online, the former O.C. star claims her “momager,” Nuala Barton, has sabotaged Mischa’s attempts to sell the home for years — even locking her out of the property and refusing access to potential buyers.

The 30-year-old also accuses her mother of refusing to work with Josh Altman, the famed L.A. realtor appointed to sell the seven-bedroom, 10 bathroom property, and refusing to sign off on strong offers from potential buyers.

The 7,600-square foot, Tuscan-style villa off the coast of Catalina Island, was one of the focal points of the suit — with the actress claiming her mom gave herself co-ownership of the property without her knowledge or permission.

Mischa Barton accused her mother of taking out large sums of money against the house behind her back — and turning the home into her “personal ATM.” The case was dismissed this past February after Mischa’s mother agreed to sell the mansion with a licensed real estate agent.

This is not the first promiscuous photo that Barton has posted of herself recently.

On Monday, July 11, Barton shared a risqué photo of herself in bed wearing an unbuttoned denim shirt, running her fingers through her signature beachy waves.

The actress received a lot of backlash last week after posting a “tone-deaf” photo tribute to Alton Sterling from aboard a yacht. The post was poorly written and she received a number of comments on the Instagram photo from angry Instagram users.

“This may have been going on forever in the United States but thank god the pigs get caught on camera now. It’s unthinkable and an embarrassment to America. The country I was brought up in. Somebody make change.”

It probably didn’t help that Barton decided to use a bikini photo of herself as a tribute to the victims. It’s kind of hard to take her seriously while she is soaking up the sun aboard a luxurious yacht claiming to care about these victims.

She later apologized for the post, according to Page Six. The actress also apologized publicly on Twitter.

“I’m human I’m not perfect and I’m sorry if my Instagram post went out of context I didn’t mean to offend anyone.”

Some Mischa Barton fans stood up for the actress, encouraging her to speak up.

While others were not buying it and continued to scrutinize the actress all over social media.

As Mischa Barton poses in her latest post topless and unapologetic, her most recent television stint was a guest role on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars. The 90s teen actress has been showing off her fit dance body on her social media ever since.

Is Mischa simply just trying to jump on the band wagon with the other celebs posting topless and nude photos. Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, and other stars started the trend of posting strategically covered, nude photos on social media.

Kim Kardashian recently covered Vogue just months after giving birth to her second child, Saint.

Mischa Barton posted another attempt to make amends to her Twitter feed on July 15.
