Serena Williams Reportedly Dating Coach Patrick Mouratoglou

French paparazzi spied Serena Williams and her coach, Patrick Mouratouglou getting a little cozy this week in Paris, igniting rumors that the two may be dating.

Serena began working with Mouratouglou after her first-round exit at the French Open, reports The Detroit Free Press. Mouratouglou, who runs a French tennis academy, stated:

“She said, `I want to win Wimbledon, I want to start now.’ That’s simple. That’s how it started.”

Serena has won Wimbledon, the Olympics, and the US Open since the two began their work together. Mouratouglou has sat in Serena’s player’s box during matches.

News Oxy notes that the pair have been the subject of dating rumors for a long time, but they appear to be inching towards public displays of affection, especially with the latest photos from Paris.

French website PKTennis revealed the pictures of the tennis player and her coach, which depict the pair with their arms around each other while strolling down the sidewalk.

Serena Williams appears to be showing a lot of affection to Patrick Mouratoglou and, while pictures don’t always tell the whole story, the two appeared to be quite amorous with each other.

While one photo shows them walking down the block, another shows them gazing in a storefront window for a Realtor that sells properties on the French Riviera. Williams was pictured with her hand in her coach’s back pocket.

While it’s nice to think that Serena Williams and coach Patrick Mouratoglou may have found love as well as a good professional relationship, rumors about their relationship are just that — rumors (at least for now).
