Mayor Porn: Bosnian Candidate Uses Saucy Clips To Spice Up Campaign

When all else fails, break out the pornography! A Bosnian mayoral candidate has decided to incorporate various porn clips into his campaign in an effort to draw some much-needed attention to his political bid. According to The Vancouver Sun, the individual is lagging behind in the polls, forcing the contender to resort to the oldest trick in the book: sex. If you can’t get people to listen to your agenda, at least can mesmerize them with naked people.

Mirad Hadziahmetovic, a mayoral candidate in the Bosnian city of Zenica, uploaded several clips to his official website in hopes of bringing in some traffic. After answering a few questions — for example, “What is more important for Zenica, job creation or increasing the municipal budget” through taxes?” — visitors are then treated to a clip containing the naughtiness they crave.

After the arousing video has concluded, viewers are then treated to a quick clip of Hadziahmetovic speaking directly to the camera. “If you liked this clip, vote for me,” he says.

Surprisingly, Mirad Hadziahmetovic isn’t the only individual attempting to use pornography to sway the thoughts and feelings of the masses. The “Committee to Save the Erie County Republican Party,” which is fronted by a former mayoral candidate who lost the election, allegedly stole images from a gay pornography website in order to create a heavily-circulated postcard mailer.

According to The New Civil Rights Movement, the piece was designed to attack Senator Mark Grisanti, who voted for same-sex marriage in New York.

“I cannot legally come up with an argument against same-sex marriage,” Grisanti explained before the vote. “Who am I to say that someone does not have the same rights that I have with my wife, who I love, or to have the 1,300-plus rights that I share with her.”

How do you feel about political candidates who use pornography to draw attention to their campaigns?
