Is Calvin Harris Moving On From Taylor Swift With Nicole Scherzinger?

Could Calvin Harris be moving on from his recent split from Taylor Swift with another singer?

Over the weekend, Calvin Harris was photographed leaving a London nightclub with Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger at his side, and right away, rumors began swirling in regard to their possible romance. However, according to reports, there is nothing serious between them — and Scherzinger is actually seeing someone else.

“Nicole and [Calvin Harris] are not serious whatsoever, but they are both using their recent hangout as an opportunity,” a source told Hollywood Life on July 12. “Calvin wants to make it look like he has moved on from Taylor, which he has not, and Nicole will take any type of media moment or opportunity she can get. She really is all about being a celebrity and will do anything to make it happen. She wants to make more music as well and would die to work with Calvin, so we might be seeing them hanging out more, but it isn’t anything to talk about relationship-wise right now.”

Calvin Harris dated Taylor Swift for 15 months until the two called it quits in early June. Then, weeks later, as rumors swirled in regard to why they ended their romance, Swift stepped out with Tom Hiddleston on a beach in Rhode Island. At the time, Swift was fresh off her split from Calvin Harris, but that didn’t stop her from embarking on the whirlwind romance, which was since taken the new couple to the U.K., Italy, Tennessee and, most recently, Australia.

Meanwhile, Calvin Harris appears to have remained single.

Although Calvin Harris did enjoy a night out with Scherzinger and a few friends, she is said to be in a relationship with tennis player Grigor Dimitrov.

“[Calvin Harris] and Nicole know each other from Los Angeles. She was in Tape [nightclub] with her cousin, and they ended up partying together. They had a great night, and Calvin offered to give Nicole a ride back to her hotel when they finally left. She is still very much [dating] Grigor [Dimitrov],” a second source explained to The Sun July 10.

According to a third report, via Us Weekly, Calvin Harris and Nicole Scherzinger were seen walking arm-in-arm in London over the weekend, but just weeks ago, Scherzinger was spotted out for a dinner date with Dimitrov, which seems to confirm they are still together.

The report went on to speak of Calvin Harris’ split from Swift, noting that while Harris released a tweet claiming their relationship had simply run its course, he later removed the tweet after photos of his ex-girlfriend and her new beau, Hiddleston, hit the web. He also posted a few less-than-amicable tweets after learning of her new relationship.

As a magazine insider revealed, Calvin Harris was completely blindsided when Swift debuted her romance so soon after they broke up.

“[Calvin Harris] was surprised she moved on so fast,” the insider said, adding that the DJ thought the photos of Swift and Hiddleston were “tacky.”

As for Swift, she and Hiddleston continue to travel the world together and recently landed in Australia, where Hiddleston is filming a new movie.

Calvin Harris began dating Taylor Swift early last year after being introduced to one another at the 2015 Brit Awards in London by mutual friend Ellie Goulding. At the time, Goulding thought the equally tall singers would be a great match.
