??Kristen Bell Talks ?Marriage With Dax Shepard In New Interview
Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard first began dating in late 2007, announced their engagement in 2010, and were finally married on October 17, 2013. Having been in a relationship for several years, Dax and Kristen seemed to have found the perfect and most healthy way of making sure the marriage stays intact.
In a recent interview with Redbook magazine, actress Kristen Bell talked about her marriage with Dax Shepard, revealing how dedicated they both are to letting the relationship completely fall apart.
“We fought a lot and I loved a dramatic exit. If I could slam a door, I felt so powerful. If I could get in my car and screech away, it was even better. He said to me, ‘If we have an issue, you can’t leave. We’re going to talk or I’m not going to do this with you.’ I loved him so much that I was like, I better get my act together.”
Kristen and Dax’s sex life is also intact, the Bad Moms star revealed. Kristen and Dax have two daughters together — Lincoln Bell Shepard, born March 28, 2013, and Delta Bell Shepard, born December 19, 2014. The married couple still finds time to be intimate with one another, in between their jobs and their kids.
“We’re pretty decent about staying on top of it,” Kristen revealed. “We’ll be like, ‘Okay, it’s been how many days?’ We find a night when nobody is coming over and we don’t have to work super-early in the morning, and then we slot it in.”
But Kristen doesn’t feel any guilt about being a working mom in Hollywood.
“I don’t let myself feel guilty about not committing to things anymore,” she says. “How I position it in my head is that I have more of an obligation to my daughters than I do to anybody else.”
That sounds like what being a good mother is all about. But in her latest film, Bad Moms, she gets to push all of those responsibilities to the side and be free while having a ridiculous amount of fun. The comedy comes from the writers of The Hangover films, so some good R-rated debauchery and chaos is sure to ensue once these ladies let loose.
The movie also stars That ’70s Show‘s Mila Kunis, who is currently married to actor Ashton Kutcher. Dax Shepard and Kutcher actually go way back, having worked together on the MTV series Punk’d in 2003. And both married couples recently appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this year for Mother’s Day, while also promoting Bad Moms.
Kunis and Bell were seated on the couch, opposite Ellen, when their husbands Dax and Ashton sent them a video wishing them a happy Mother’s Day. Then they joined their wives on the couch for a game of “Never Have We Ever.”
During the humorous game, the four actors revealed that they have all hooked up while on set (not with one another, of course). Dax joked that he gets rid of a handful of Kristen’s things whenever she is out of town for more than 48 hours. Shepard also implied he’s used handcuffs in bed while with another partner.
At the time, Mila Kunis was not pregnant with her second child, and seemed to imply that she and Ashton were still active in the bedroom, but not necessarily to have another baby.

“The goal of the movie is to remind us that there are so many different types of parents out there. And that’s great, because there are so many different types of kids,” Kristen Bell exclusively revealed to Today. “The movie is saying, ‘We see you, we hear you, we get you. We’re all on the same team here.'”
Bad Moms, which stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Christina Applegate, and Jada Pinkett Smith, hits theaters July 29, 2016.
