Rumors are once again swirling that Fifth Harmony could be on the verge of a breakup.
The split reports come as Camila Cabello, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui and Ally Brooke dropped hints about upcoming solo projects, causing fans to go into meltdown mode that Fifth Harmony could be about to breakup.
"I'm ok with the girls all doing solo songs... I'm just kinda sad [because] fifth harmony saved my life. They can't break up now. It's too soon," Fifth Harmony fan @ystruIy tweeted out, while @CdotDeanne wrote on the social media site, "I'm a true Fifth Harmony fan, and as a true fan can they just break up already? They honestly look so miserable together these days."
The breakup rumors went into overdrive last week after the Fifth Harmony girls were spotted celebrating the Fourth of July while on tour in Brazil without Camila, who revealed on Snapchat that she opted to stay back at the hotel to work on new music.

Instead of celebrating the American holiday her bandmates, Camila took to the social media app to reveal that she'd been hard at work on new music, setting up a makeshift studio in the hotel bathroom.
In a Snapchat photo re-uploaded to Twitter by Fifth Harmony fan @CCabelloNews, Cabello gave fans a glimpse at how she spent the evening away from her bandmates, uploading a snap of her laptop resting on the toilet while a keyboard lay on the bathroom floor.
"My lil studio I've been stuck in all day," Camila captioned the photo, which appeared to confirm she has more solo music planned for the coming months following the success of her duet with Shawn Mendes, "I Know What You Did Last Summer."
"The girls are working hard and loving being a group and are not going to break up anytime soon," an insider recently admitted to Hollywood Life as the split rumors swirled.
"They are having fun and they know that the money is coming from being a group, but that doesn't mean that they will deny solo work and working on other artists' tracks," the Fifth Harmony insider continued of a possible impending breakup. "They want to do it all but they don't want to separate as a group to achieve their other goals."
But while it sounds like there are currently no plans for the Fifth Harmony girls to go their separate ways, rumors of a breakup and friction between the bandmembers have long swirled.

Camila's manager Roger Gold took to Twitter to praise the Fifth Harmony star, tweeting out that he was "SO proud of @camilacabello97 who won 4 #MMVAs last night."
However, Lauren's mom wasn't so thrilled with Gold failing to acknowledge that half of Camila's awards also belonged to Fifth Harmony.
"Lets get it right 2 were thanks to @FifthHarmony. Just keeping it real," Jauregui's mom wrote on the social media site at the time, though the pretty scathing tweet has since been deleted.
