Craig Morgan’s Son Missing After Water Tubing Accident
Craig Morgan is now going through a really tough ordeal as news came out that his son his missing after a big water tubing accident. This shocking news was just revealed, and so far, they have not located Craig’s son.
The Boot shared the big details about what is going on with Craig’s 19-year-old son, Jerry Greer, who went missing on Sunday, July 10. There were two teenagers involved in a tubing accident, and Jerry was one of them. They both had on life jackets at the time that the accident happened. This occurred in the Kentucky Lake near Mason’s Boat Dock and Marina in Kentucky. Jerry has not been seen since this happened.

Craig Morgan’s son never came back up out of the water. At this time, the sheriff’s office isn’t releasing names, but Craig Morgan’s son’s name came out anyway. Craig Morgan’s rep put out a statement that says, “Recovery efforts to locate [Greer] are underway. The family is grateful for everyone’s support and prayers and requests privacy during this difficult time.” They don’t seem to want to keep the news away from fans and are asking for prayers for the boy’s safe return.
Five boats were out working the water looking for Craig Morgan’s son yesterday. They were going to start again at 6 a.m. this morning and see if they could find him. The water in this area is up to 15 feet deep. They are searching for Craig Morgan’s son in a huge area that is five to 10 acres in size. This is a large area to search for Craig’s son, but up to 50 boats were out there last night trying to find him. Craig has four children with his wife, Karen. They have three sons and a daughter together. Craig Morgan’s son Jerry just graduated from high school recently. From the way it sounds, Craig Morgan was not with his son at the time of the accident.

Craig Morgan is known as an amazing country singer who also supports the troops. He is always going out on USO tours to visit the troops and even heads overseas at times. Craig’s fans are reaching out and sending their prayers to his family at this time. Everyone is hopeful for good news, but it isn’t looking like that will be the case so far. Craig Morgan should be updating fans as more news comes out about his son.

Humphreys County and Dickson County first responders, the Dickson County Underwater Search and Recovery team, the Tennessee City Volunteer Fire Department, the City of Dickson Fire Department, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency are involved in the search.
