Kim Richards Sued Over Alleged Pit Bull Attack By Her Beloved Dog Kingsley

Kim Richards is in trouble once again over her beloved dog Kingsley. Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills know exactly who this dog is and have seen some of the problems that Kim has had with him over the years. E! Online shared the new details about Kim being sued because of her dog attacking someone and the fact that Kim allegedly tried to cover it all up. Things are not looking great for her right now.

The papers were filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court by Kim Richards’ friend Paige Sanderson, claiming negligence, emotional distress, battery, assault, and strict liability. This attack allegedly happened back in April. The lawsuit isn’t just against Kim Richards. It is also against her son Chad Davis, sister Kyle Richards, and lawyer Bruce London.

Paige stated that she went to Kyle’s house to help her get ready for a promotional appearance. Kingsley was there, and when she first got there, he was locked up in a room. It turns out that Chad Davis was the one who let him out of the room. After Kim Richards’ dog was let out, the dog allegedly “lunged at [Sanderson] and bit and held onto her lower abdomen and crotch, tearing off her leggings and underwear and ripped out portions of flesh between her legs and genitalia.” It does sound like the attack was pretty bad.

The paperwork states that Paige Sanderson suffered from “severe physical injuries, emotional distress and pain and suffering and was required to seek, did seek and continues to seek medical treatment and surgeries for her injuries.” Another shocking thing that the paperwork states is that Richards would not call 911 unless Paige agreed to say a stray dog did this to her and not Kingsley. Kim did not want anything to happen to her dog and it sounds like she didn’t want anyone to know what happened.

The report also says that the lawyer Bruce London “fraudulently filled out hospital papers to ensure the hospital staff knew that it was a stray dog attack, a statement Defendant London knew was not true, all to his personal financial gain.”

This is far from the first time that Kim Richard’s dog Kingsley has attacked someone. On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kim has shared that she thinks of Kingsley like a child. She has tried to have him trained as well. So far, Kim and Kyle Richards are staying quiet about the lawsuit, but their fans would love to hear their side of the story. As far as everyone knows, Kim Richards still has Kingsley.

At this time, Kyle Richards is off on vacation with her family. Reality Tea shared that Kyle is in Italy and has been sharing photos of her time there with her family. They all took a similar trip last year and fans love getting the chance to see where Kyle takes her family.

When The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returns, Kim Richards will not be back full-time, but will just be showing up from time to time. Her sister Kyle Richards will be back on the show for the entire season. Kim has been through a lot lately after the loss of her ex Monty Brinson and also dealing with alcohol abuse issues. Now Kim is sober and doing great.
