Duggars’ Men Gone Wild: Jinger Duggar’s Boyfriend Appears Topless, Jill Duggar’s Husband Tweets About Breasts
Jinger Duggar’s boyfriend and Jill Duggar’s husband are raising eyebrows by engaging in behavior that some have labeled downright “defrauding.”
Jinger Duggar is currently courting Jeremy Vuolo, a former pro soccer player who became a preacher when his sports career came to an end. The 28-year-old aspiring Duggar son-in-law had to know that his past would become a hot topic when he and Jinger first announced that they were courting; as Christianity Today reports, Jeremy previously confessed to getting in trouble with the police and being “part of the college party scene.” A Duggar has never left home to go to a college where there are parties with alcohol, so Jeremy’s past likely shocked many longtime fans of Jinger’s family. In Touch Weekly further stunned fans by using Jeremy Vuolo’s jail confession to obtain an arrest record from the Oneonta, New York police department. According to the document, an inebriated, underage Jeremy Vuolo was arrested for harassing a police officer by grabbing his arm in 2008.
A photo from Jeremy Vuolo’s party days has also come back to haunt him. The Duggar Family News: Life Is Not All Pickles and Hairspray Facebook page recently shared a picture of Jinger Duggar’s boyfriend that was seemingly taken during his “party days,” a time period Jeremy described by saying that he found himself “sliding deeper and deeper into the pits of lust, selfishness, and pride.” In the photo, Jeremy is shirtless and wearing what appears to be two women’s necklaces on his face and around his neck.
This somewhat embarrassing Instagram photo was taken by one of Jeremy Vuolo’s former New York Bulls teammates in 2012.
“Do I lose respect for @jeremy_vuolo or just accept him for who he is. #dilemma,” the caption read.
It appears as though Jinger Duggar’s beau used to be active on Twitter and Instagram, but he decided to delete his accounts. Perhaps he knew that people would start scouring his social media pages for posts like the one above when it was announced that he was courting Jinger and starring on the upcoming season of Counting On.

“Help! I’m being defrauded by a pastor!” one commenter quipped in response to Jeremy’s Facebook photo.
Jinger Duggar’s mother, Michelle Duggar, has explained that her family frowns upon showing as much skin as Jeremy is revealing in the photo above because doing so can “defraud” other people. In an old TLC blog post, Michelle explained that she and Jim Bob decided to force their kids to keep covered up after studying the Bible.
“Our interpretation was that from the neck down to the knee should be covered. By keeping those private areas covered, there’s not any ‘defrauding’ going on. My kids are taught the definition of defrauding as stirring up desires that cannot be righteously fulfilled. We don’t believe in defrauding others by the way we dress.”
Obviously, Jeremy Vuolo’s lack of a shirt violates the Duggars’ strict dress code.
Jinger Duggar’s boyfriend isn’t the only Counting On star who has been accused of being a defrauder. Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, recently tweeted a Bible verse that Pickles & Hairspray deemed “Rated R.”

“18 Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth,” the Bible text reads. “19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.”
According to Bible Hub, Proverbs 5:18 is basically saying that a man’s wife will bear many children, and she will “be a blessing and a comfort to thee, as it follows, and not a curse and a snare, as a harlot will be.” It’s also saying that a man should only “satisfy” himself with his wife, “even when she is old.” Proverbs 5:19 basically reiterates this by saying that a man should “not only love her when she is young and beautiful, but also when she is old and deformed.”
Derick did not explain why he felt compelled to share these words, which one Pickles & Hairspray commenter dubbed “Bible porn.”
