Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Pitt Back Home For The Fourth Of July Holiday

Brad Pitt and his lovely wife, Angelina Jolie Pitt, have been busy in the U.K. recently, what with Brad and his ongoing filming of the WWII film Allied and Angelina’s several humanitarian causes and public appearances.

However, Brangelina took a break from their work to head back to Los Angeles for a July 4th celebration.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, the Hollywood couple were spotted in a branch of Gelson’s grocery store on July 4th, looking very low-key and relaxed and probably stocking up on staples for the Independence Day celebrations.

Reportedly, both Brad and Angelina were casually dressed, with Ang, 41, wearing an all-white ensemble with a gray cardigan and Brad, 52, in a pair of white pants with matching T-shirt and hat.

There was no sign of the six kids — Shiloh, Vivienne, Knox, Maddox, Pax, and Zahara — who were possibly waiting for them at their luxury mansion in Los Feliz, waiting for the BBQ to start. Reportedly, Pitt bought the 5,338-square-foot house back in 1994 from Cassandra Peterson, star of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, for around $1.7 million.

According to the Daily Mail, Brad and Angelina, who have been happily married since 2014 after spending 10 years together, have been in Los Angeles for a week or so – despite the never-ending rumors of their so-called “impending divorce” doing the rounds of the tabloids.

There have recently been reports that the couple is living “separate lives,” reports that Gossip Cop has firmly put down, saying that for one thing, Brangelina had rented a luxury estate near London for the whole family to be together. Now, the news is that they have traveled back home to the U.S. for a short break together, looking for all the world like the happiest couple around.

Brad, after recently waving the start flag at the Le Mans 24 Hour race, was reportedly seen recently attending the Born-Free Vintage Chopper and Classic Cycle Show in Silverado, California.

Meanwhile, Angelina is ramping up her efforts in the political world. Reportedly, the Maleficent star has been working with Arminka Helic, a member of the British House of Lords, who shares a similar humanitarian vision with Angelina.

Jolie Pitt and Helic have reportedly partnered up for a U.K. non-profit, and Ang has also been teaching at Helic’s alma mater, the London School of Economics, as a visiting professor.

Angelina Jolie Pitt was also on air on BBC4’s Women’s Hour recently as a guest editor, where she gave a rare insight into her family life and her humanitarian causes. She spoke about the refugee situation in the world and how the average refugee can end up spending 17 years of their lives in refugee camps.

She also spoke about sexual violence against women in conflict and also spoke of her children, their talents, and the fact that they don’t want to follow in their parents’ famous footsteps.
