Kim Kardashian Club Appearance Bombs, Less Than 50 Attend

Kim Kardashian was more than a little upset after only 50 people turned up to see her make an appearance at a Charlotte, North Carolina club.

The reality star normally attracts large crowds wherever she makes an appearance, but she was red-faced on Thursday night when the people of Charlotte decided they had better things to do, reports Yahoo.

Kim attended the nightclub Hush on Thursday night, but was left embarrassed when a paltry 50 people showed up to see her. The poor numbers at Kardashian’s appearance could be because of the Democratic National Convention, which was also going on in the city, though the club was dubbed as the convention after party, so Kim should have had a larger turn out.

The Daily Mail notes that Kim Kardashian posted an Instagram photo to her Twitter page showing half a glass of champagne, with the caption, “It’s that kinda night!”

Kardashian finally left the Charlotte club two hours later and once source claimed the reality TV star was furious with the house band, who stated that, “this place is empty.”

According to Radar Online, Kim was accompanied by fellow reality star Jonathan Cheban, fashion designer Rachel Roy, and a pal in the promotional appearance on Thursday, but with the lack of attention the group received for the appearance, they did not stay long.
