The Season 6 finale of the hit HBO fantasy epic Game of Thrones is set for Sunday, and there are legal ways to watch the sure-to-be history-making episode stream online for free. The episode is expected to answer the vital questions about who lives and who dies, and what viewers may be expecting in the seventh and reportedly final season of the spectacular series, based on the George R.R. Martin series of novels, A Song Of Ice And Fire.
Very little information about what the episode, entitled “The Winds of Winter,” will contain has been made public by HBO. The only plot element known for sure is that Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey), the scheming and ruthless former queen of the fictional kingdom of Westeros — now mother of the king — will face her trial.

Loras Tyrell, the brother of the current queen, Margaery, will also go on trial before the powerful religious cult leader known as The High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce).
Of course, HBO also released a trailer for the Game of Thrones Season 6 finale. Watch that trailer in the video below, followed by an in-depth analysis that may reveal more details of what could take place in the episode.
If that’s not enough, the following video contains five bold predictions of what may happen in “The Winds of Winter,” by Forbes Magazine Online contributor Eric Kaine.
To find out how to stream the Season 6 Game of Thrones finale online for free, see the streaming links at the bottom of this article. The episode is scheduled to air on HBO at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, 6 p.m. Pacific, and will stream online at the same time.
Many of the biggest moments in Game of Thrones history have occurred not in the season finale, but in the next-to-last episode of the season. Game of Thrones fans who caught last week’s Episode 9, “Battle of the Bastards,” already know the stunning developments that took place, and that could impact the plot of the Season 6 finale. But those would be spoilers for fans who have not yet watched that episode.
So who lives and who dies? Game of Thrones fanatics who stream the season finale will find out. HBO released photographs of Walder Frey sitting across from Jaime Lannister. Will the architect of the infamous Red Wedding finally pay the price?
How will Cersei scheme her way out of the fate dictated by her trial? Or will she? Could “The Winds of Winter” mark the demise of the seemingly heartless Lannister matriarch?
And what about Bran Stark — does he hold the secret of Jon Snow’s real mother?
