Kathryn Dennis, Thomas Ravenel Custody Battle Update: New Information Reveals Kathryn’s Drug Test Fail
Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel of Southern Charm have been dealing with a lot of drama with their custody battle. Recently, it came out that Kathryn failed a drug test, and Thomas was able to get joint custody of the kids. Now All About the Tea is revealing exclusive information on what Kathryn Dennis failed on her drug test. Right now, they are in a huge legal battle over the kids. Thomas wasn’t able to see his kids for weeks before winning joint custody.
When they did their drug tests, Thomas Ravenel tested totally clean, but All About the Tea originally shared that Kathryn failed on both marijuana and cocaine. Originally, this was all the information that came out. They actually had a hair follicle test, blood test, and also a urine test. This can show up stuff that has been in the system for a long time. Kathryn ended up being only allowed to have supervised visitation with her kids because of these drug tests.
It turns out that Kathryn Dennis not only tested positive for marijuana and cocaine, but also for opiates. It was actually Kathryn Dennis’ lawyer who wanted to do this drug test, and they didn’t think they would find anything. It turns out that Kathryn isn’t even speaking to her lawyer now because of the way that things went down. She is extremely unhappy. Now Kathryn only gets her kids every other week and when she has them it is only with supervised visitation with her parents around. This is not the way that they expected it to go down, and it is obvious they were actually hoping to find something on Thomas, but it didn’t work out that way.
A source shared that Thomas has actually quit drinking and changed his ways so that he can be in the life of his children. About six months ago, Thomas quit drinking and from watching recent episodes of Southern Charm it is obvious that this was a good choice. Thomas wants what is best for his children and even offered to pay for Kathryn Dennis to go to rehab if that is what she needs to do. He is also clean from drugs according to the tests that were taken.

The source went on to say that Kathryn isn’t taking any blame for her drug use and is lying about it all. She is even trying to say that Thomas might have messed with her tests to get those results, which of course he is not admitting to doing. Kathryn won’t own up to anything at this time. It doesn’t sound like there is any chance that she will be heading to rehab and letting Thomas pay for it.
People shared that Kathryn Dennis is actually going to end up getting ganged up on during the Southern Charm reunion show. Landon will say right away that there is a lot of stuff that they need to clear up on this episode. Shep will tell Thomas “You looked dangerous to me, I mean that’s almost unforgivable,” when talking about the way that he acted at the dinner party. Shep even admits that he was wondering if he was going to have to fight him because he really doesn’t even know how to fight. Luckily, Shep and Thomas never came to blows.
