Taylor Swift, Kanye West Feud: Tom Hiddleston Supporting Girlfriend Through The Drama

Taylor Swift is getting some much-needed support from her boyfriend Tom Hiddleston amid her ongoing feud with Kanye West.

The “Shake It Off” singer left Kanye furious when she denied having given the rapper the thumbs up to be called derogatory terms on his hit song “Famous,” where the father-of-two raps, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b**** famous.”

West claims that he had Taylor’s permission to put the song out, and if she’s going to lie about the situation, Kanye says he’ll have no other choice but to put out the taped audio from their conversation. It’s believed that Swift’s team has already threatened West with a potential lawsuit if the recordings were to leak online, knowing very well that it is illegal to record other people’s conversations and distribute them on the internet without their permission.

By the look of things, Taylor Swift did give Kanye the approval to put the “Famous” song out with its rather shocking reference, but she playfully played the victim and allowed Kanye to receive all the blame. Perhaps she did it in a spiteful move to get back at West for his VMA outburst in 2009, where the rapper disturbingly interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech, stressing that Beyoncé “had one of the best videos of all time,” leaving Taylor humiliated.

Whatever the case may be, Hollywood Life alleges that the 26-year-old is receiving all the support she can get. Tom Hiddleston, the man she has been dating for the past two weeks, is said to be consoling her by distracting the singer from even thinking about Kanye West and the supposed plans he has to expose Taylor for her alleged lies.

“Fortunately, Tom is completely taking her mind off of Kanye and what he might do in the way of majorly dissing her with his Famous music video,” the source reveals.

On top of that, Kanye is currently gearing up for this Saint Pablo tour, and earlier reports revealed that the “All Of The Lights” hitmaker might release the audio recordings after having performed “Famous” in front of thousands of fans. Taylor is convinced that Kanye won’t care whether he gets sued for putting the recordings out in order for people to know the supposed truth.

It’s stressing her out so much that if Tom wasn’t around right now, Swift wouldn’t know what to do with herself because she doesn’t trust Kanye one bit.

“Tom has been really supportive by encouraging her not to get caught up in the drama and to just stay focused on the time they have together before he heads to Australia to start production on his new film.”

It more or less seems as if Kanye West just wants a public apology from Taylor, admitting that she lied about never being informed about the “Famous” reference. Instead, not only did she refuse to tell the truth, she and her team’s recent statement, stressing that Kim Kardashian’s involvement in the drama is only because Kanye is pressuring the reality star to side with her husband, is only adding fuel to the fire.

But Kim knows the truth, sources reveal. The 35-year-old was present at the time Taylor Swift and Kanye’s alleged lengthy conversation took place. For the fact that Kardashian heard it for herself, it seems as if Taylor has dug herself a hole she can no longer get out of.

It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out, especially with the news that Kanye wants to feature the recordings in one of his forthcoming shows. If Kanye does pull through with the move to expose Swift for her alleged lies, it could potentially make people see a different side of Taylor — one that publicly went against the rapper all for the sake of trying to be made the victim again.
