‘Scream Queens’ Adds ‘Twilight’ Star To Season 2 Cast

Scream Queens Season 2 is about to get the hairy hunk from Twilight in the cast for Season 2 of the campy horror-comedy romp series on Fox. For those who are die-hard fans of the series, this should be some quite welcome news for you.

If you are also a Twilight fan, then you may be happy to hear that Taylor Lautner, who played Jacob in the film franchise, has been added to the cast list for Season 2 of Scream Queens, which will inject the perfect amount of humor and gross out gore in the teen comedy that features over the top horror and raucous gore effects.

Taylor Lautner on Scream Queens means that the show is going for some of today’s hottest talent to fill out the cast and give the show some of the much needed, and very much loved, campy horror feeling while highly focusing on the comedy of the series, according to Entertainment Weekly.

There have been many theories as to what Season 2 of Scream Queens would be about, but creator Ryan Murphy has already nailed down his best possible theme for Season 2. The campy series will focus on the characters who will be in attendance at a hospital, which has been recently purchased by Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis), who will now be going by Cathy Munsch on Scream Queens.

Fans of the Scream Queens series know that even though the Dean did not get exposed as a killer last season, she is the one who still has a mysterious past that begs to answer the question if she is not a killer in some way, she might be this season. Now that she has purchased the hospital in Season 2 of Scream Queens, she has a whole new way of torturing the girls from Season 1.

But here is where Scream Queens Season 2 gets really interesting. Although the Chanels were biding their time in prison after Season 1 of Scream Queens, they will somehow be back and working as hospital employees for Munsch in Season 2. It is unclear at this time how they got out of prison, but they were in fact framed for the murders to start with and maybe their names were cleared in some way, which means that Hester (Lea Michele) could be back in action soon, given she is the real killer.

For those who are looking forward to seeing Taylor Lautner play a role in Season 2 of Scream Queens, then you will get a double dose of his best, given that he will be portraying a doctor at the hospital.

Lautner plays the role of Dr. Cassidy Cascade (interesting name choice for a campy horror series?), and he will be working for Munsch at the hospital on season 2 of Scream Queens. But he is not just some random character in the show. He will be taking up with Chanel #4 (Billie Lourd), and their romance could be setting off a few warning bells for the Season 2 killer on Scream Queens.

So, what could go wrong in Season 2 of Scream Queens, you might be wondering? Well, the show has proven time and again that there is no content that is off limits, especially for creator Ryan Murphy, who has went over the top on much of his content on American Horror Story.

What fans do know is that Season 2 of Scream Queens will feature Taylor Lautner as a prime suspect when there is a wave of tragedies at the hospital that in some way implicate him in the murders. Lautner will also be joined on Season 2 of Scream Queens by former Full House star John Stamos, who will be portraying a doctor, as well.

Scream Queens will be back this fall on September 20, on Fox.
