Calvin Harris Writing A Scathing Breakup Song About Taylor Swift

Although Calvin Harris has been keeping quiet about his split with Taylor Swift, the DJ is already working on his first-ever breakup song.

Calvin Harris, 32, is learning from Taylor Swift, 26, when it comes to writing breakup songs. He wants to address their shocking split via a song after he saw the singer move on just two weeks later with actor Tom Hiddleston, according to The Sun.

“Calvin feels that talking publicly is not the way to go, but expressing things in music is the better option. He’s currently working on some new music and has been milling over some tunes about heartbreak, deceit and lost love.”

According to the British newspaper, Calvin is even considering collaborating with Kanye West on his upcoming fifth studio album. He may even team up with Rihanna once more, claims the source.

“Kanye is up for doing something with Calvin and Rihanna and now Calvin’s no longer with Taylor anything is possible.”

It looks like the couple will never ever get back together. Harris has publicly declared that he will not take Swift back after photographers asked him if he would ever consider taking her back. He just laughed as he entered into a Los Angeles gym while wearing his Yeezys.

The reason why Calvin is probably feeling so petty is because it was reported that Taylor was the one who dumped the DJ over the phone. She reportedly ended things with Calvin over the phone as he was recovering from his scary car accident last month, an alleged source told TMZ.

The producer was understandably shocked by the phone call. Swift called from Nashville, claiming that she needed space. However, a second source has denied the breakup phone call story to TMZ, saying that Swift flew down to Los Angeles to help Harris through his recovery.

It was previously reported that Taylor Swift was the one who was already writing new music about their relationship. An alleged insider told E! News that Taylor quickly got over their breakup since it hasn’t gotten messy (yet), since it was amicable on both ends. Even Calvin took to Twitter earlier this month to let fans know that there is a lot of “respect” and “love” between them.

“The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” he previously tweeted before deleting it.

Of course, that tweet is gone along with the love and respect they once had for one another. The source says that Harris and Swift have spoken to each other since the split and decided that they will never rekindle their relationship. Swift is hoping that channeling her feelings into song will help her score another hit.

“Taylor is not sad anymore about the breakup. She knows it was for the best. They are not on bad terms. They have communicated since the breakup, but getting back together is something that’s not on the cards for either of them. Taylor has also been writing new music.”

Now, keep in mind that E! News sources have previously said that Swift was 100 percent focused on herself. But that turned out to be wrong since she was spotted kissing Hiddleston near the beach in Rhode Island earlier this week. But the rumors about Swift writing her own breakup song could quickly get halted now that she’s swept up in this new romance.

On the other hand, Taylor is known to release whole albums about her past relationships, no matter how long ago they happened. Her latest release, 1989, was about her relationship with Harry Styles, who has an inkling that Taylor will write a ton of songs about Calvin on her next album since their long-term relationship will give her more material to work with. While it’s clear that Taylor has moved on, Harry is not entirely convinced, claims the source.

“Harry’s pretty sure Taylor will have a lot of to write about when it comes to working on her next album. But he’s not quite convinced that Taylor and Calvin are done for good.”
