Brandi Glanville Allegedy Blasts LeAnn Rimes Lawsuit On Twitter
Brandi Glanville allegedly sent out some “snarky” posts about LeAnn Rimes on Twitter. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star enjoyed a dinner out at one of Hollywood’s finest restaurants, Craig’s, before getting online and presumably tweeting about the country music singer, Radar Online reports. The reality show star did not mention Rimes specifically by name but allegedly referred to the invasion of privacy lawsuit filed against school teacher, Kimberly Smiley.
Glanville’s Twitter post read:
“Maybe I should sue you for this bullying tweet!! If I sued every person that ever harassed me on Twitter, I’d be a GAZZILIONAIRE!”
LeAnn Rimes recently entered rehab to deal with stress and anxiety issues. The 30-day treatment stay followed a heated Twitter exchange with followers regarding claims that the singer and now husband Eddie Cibrian “hooked up” while he was still married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress. The couple met in 2009 while filming Northern Lights and initially denied rumors of an affair.
After the Eddie Cibrian tweet battle, Kimberly Smiley claims the country crooner phoned her and used foul language. The school teacher told Radar Online that she feels Cibrian’s young sons have been used by their new step-mom in a “sick game.”
During an interview with People, the country musician had this to say about the affair:
“I take responsibility for everything I’ve done. I hate that people got hurt. But I don’t regret the outcome. It was very emotionally driven. I never once thought what I was doing was OK. I was out of balance. My marriage was out of balance. The hardest thing to hear is someone call either of us a home wrecker because we didn’t walk into a perfectly happy marriage and ruin it. I’ve moved on, and I hope there can be some forgiveness and acceptance.”
The invasion of privacy lawsuit seeks an injunction against the distribution or republication of the recording made during the phone call between the educator and the singer.
