Tori Spelling And Tiffani Thiessen: ‘90210’ Stars End 10-Year Feud, Tori Talks Cheating Scandal

Tori Spelling and Tiffani Thiessen, the Beverly Hills 90210 co-stars, have been feuding for nearly a decade and have not spoken for 10 years. The two are now putting past judgments and misunderstandings behind them, an insider told Us Weekly.

The 90210 moms reconnected at their children’s Los Angeles school. The insider told Us Weekly Tori and Tiffani “hugged at a picnic” and “she and Tori have mutual friends and it’s easier to get along.” Spelling admitted in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that the two are no longer close. Tori was asked about Thiessen, also known on the 90210 show as, Valerie Malone. “She doesn’t talk to me anymore.”

The tension between the two stars began in 2006 when Spelling, 43, cheated on her then-husband Charlie Shanian with Dean McDermott, 49. Tori delivered the news to Charlie, via their therapist. Thiessen, 42, was super close with Shanian and “took it personally,” a source tells Us Weekly. The insider continues, “She [Tiffani] took Charlie’s side over Tori’s.”

Two years ago, the aftermath of Dean’s cheating was documented on True Tori. The couple has worked to rebuild their marriage. Dean and Tori celebrated their 10-year anniversary in Paris.

While in France, Tori and Dean got matching tattoos that read, “My whole heart, for my whole life” in french. Tori and Dean McDermott have four children, Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 4, and Finn, 3. Tori tells The Talk she had to rebuild her marriage from the ground up.

“Ever since everything happened and we basically had to you know…deconstruct and rebuild our relationship to get back and further than where we were and move on. We said we want to permanently put something on our bodies together one day and that was the phrase we felt signified our life and our love and we happened to be in Paris, it was our 10-year, so we said ‘let’s do it!’.”

Tori Spelling Feuds With 90210 Cast

Spelling has become accustomed to handling conflict. Tori played Donna Martin on the hit television show Beverly Hills 90210. Spelling opened up to Ryan Seacrest in 2010 to discuss the many feuds with 90210 costars, Us Weekly reports.

“All of a sudden I marry Dean, and I don’t know what happened… I lost all my cast members.”

This was not the first time Spelling was the cause of tension between her West Beverly High classmates. Wonderwall reports that Tori revealed in an interview that she dated both Brian Austin Green and Jason Priestley. On the show, Tori and David’s characters dated on and off throughout the series. Tori revealed in a sneak peek from Lifetime’s one-hour event, Tori Spelling: Celebrity Lie Detector, in which she premiered The Unauthorized Beverly Hills 90210 Story.

“He would tease me. He teased me a lot. He would always come up to me and say that I had peach fuzz right here… He would come up and pull on my peach fuzz and he would be like, ‘Oh my God, you’re like my little lamb chop… ‘There are all these hot girls, and I’m hoping he likes me.”

Spelling discussed Brian Austin Green.

“I was a young girl… Brian and I were the youngest. We were 16, and I remember the first time I shook his hand, I had that… I fancied him.” Tori says she was also self-conscious because of the attractive women who were extras on the set.

Tiffani Thiessen’s children with Brady Smith, Harper, 6, and Holt, 11-months, were also at the picnic, according to Us Weekly.

Tori Dispels Baby Rumors

Tori Spelling talked to The Insider With Yahoo! about her new Lifetime movie Mother, May I Sleep With Danger? And quickly shut down rumors and gossip of baby number five. During the last season of True Tori, the couple had a pregnancy scare.

“No, I am not pregnant… [The tabloids] recycle that story, every couple months.”

Tori tells The Insider With Yahoo! that Dean proposed to her for a second time. Dean popped the question (again) in a tiny restaurant that overlooked the Eiffel Tower.

“We were actually in Paris and we were with the whole family and my four kids were there and my husband actually re-proposed to me.”

Originally, Dean wanted to propose at the landmark.

“We had tried to go to the Eiffel Tower several times… But every time we went there the lines were so long that he was like, ‘Oh my gosh. This is not going to work.’ So he found out about a restaurant that you can have a perfect view of it so we went there and he did it.”

Tori tells The Talk that she and Dean want to have a “family wedding” since they are now a complete family. Tori says, “Yes, I’m done.” Tori says the children have seen their wedding photos, but they want photos that include their children.

“I feel like people… have this big wedding, then they have kids. They have memories from the wedding, they have photos but nothing to share with the children that involve, them. So, I want to have a family wedding where they can have pictures and memories from the wedding we create together.”
