The Josh Duggar molestation scandal just got deeper as yet another victim alleging that she, too, was abused by the eldest son of 19 Kids and Counting fame steps forward and speaks up.
The young woman alleging the abuse at the hands of Josh Duggar is now 28-years-old, but states that the molestation occurred much earlier -- and it is reported that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are terrified that the young woman is talking, even though she has stated she will not be pressing charges against Josh Duggar.
"After last year's revelations about Josh's molestation scandal, word got around that there was another girl who said she'd been abused by Josh when she was a teenager," a source revealed to InTouch magazine. The source also revealed that the girl was known by the Duggars, personally.
"The Duggars knew the girl. Michelle was terrified when she heard that this girl was talking about what Josh had done."Fashion & Style reported that the family of the molestation victim was contacted by the Duggar parents in order to discuss the situation -- yet another scandal in a long string of sexually related scandals for their eldest son Josh. The victim's family assured Jim Bob and Michelle that there would be no legal action taken against Josh, but also stated that the young woman "rebelled" after Josh Duggar molested her, and left home at a very young age, while Josh Duggar seemed to carry on with a normal life, marrying his wife Anna and starting their own family.

It is now known that shortly after the newest victim of Josh Duggar stepped forward with tales of sexual molestation and abuse, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar posted their son Josh's favorite Bible verse on their official Facebook page.
Josh's favorite verse, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar revealed, is Joshua 1:9.
"Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed; for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."Jim Bob and Michelle added, "What is your favorite verse?" but were forced to remove the verse, and the question, as Facebook commenters quickly began slamming Josh Duggar for his sins.
"I shall not molest my sisters or have affairs while judging others for their mistakes and then only ask for forgiveness instead of punishment," wrote a Facebook user in the now-deleted comments section.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar may present a united front, as the Duggar family continues to stand by Josh Duggar, his wife Anna, and their four young children as the family attempts to rebuild their lives, following scandal after scandal on Josh Duggar's part, beginning with the abuse of his sisters and a young babysitter, to affairs conducted through the infamous Ashley Madison website, to his addiction to porn and alleged affairs with porn stars. But it is rumored that the matriarch and the patriarch of the ever-increasing Duggar family don't actually see eye-to-eye when it comes to their eldest son Josh.
One source revealed that the two Duggar parents do not agree on whether or not Josh Duggar is "cured" after it was learned that he not only molested a babysitter, but also touched his own sisters inappropriately.
"Jim Bob believes that Josh is completely cured, and Michelle, while she would never admit it publicly, understands why some family members don't want Josh around them or their children."However, just to put a whole new spin and twist on the ongoing Duggar scandals and their ever-present struggle to claw their way back into a position of fame instead of infamy, a source recently revealed that much of the scandals surrounding Josh Duggar may be just ploys for attention and fame, as reported previously by the Inquisitr.
"This is a ploy by Josh to get back onto TV. He's hoping this will show everyone he's taken real steps to deal with his problems," a source revealed, stating that the scandals were Josh Duggar's way of attempting to break free and make it on his own.
Of course, no one was surprised when TLC made the decision that Josh Duggar would be kept away from the camera during the filming of the spin-off series from 19 Kids and Counting, called Jill & Jessa: Counting On.
