Jules Wainstein Downplays Divorce And Cheating: ‘This Isn’t The End Of The World’

Jules Wainstein made headlines earlier this week when her marriage fell apart. Jules had often gushed about her marriage on The Real Housewives of New York, but the marriage started to show signs of trouble during Wednesday's episode of the show. Jules and her husband had gone out for dinner with Dorinda Medley and John Mahdessian, but Michael kept going off to the side to talk on his phone. And he was clearly up to no good. After the episode aired, Jules made headlines as her marriage was coming to an end due to cheating.

According to a new Bravo report, Jules Wainstein is now breaking her silence. Every week, she's written a blog for The Real Housewives of New York and this week, Wainstein decided to dedicate her entire blog to her marital issues. Many reports have already surfaced about this divorce, revealing that Michael had been cheating on her and that Jules had busted him. And maybe Wainstein is now realizing that she should have picked up on the smaller signs and red flags that surfaced throughout the season.

"It was so difficult to watch the beginning of the end unfold in this week's episode, but I've come a long way since my life began to unravel this past winter, and my kids and I will be just fine -- better than fine. Truth is that it's too easy to get caught up in your own reality, especially when you are blindsided and betrayed by someone who is supposed to be a partner and friend. I'm trusting and open, but I'm also strong and practical," Jules Wainstein reveals in her blog about her failed marriage.

Of course, the reports about this divorce reveal that the divorce papers were filed about a month ago and she's known about the affair for at least a few weeks. During this time, she may have spent time with friends and family members who can pick her up. And it is possible that she's gotten some encouraging advice from friends, as she's now seeing the divorce as a bump in the road - not the end of the world.

"This isn't the end of the world, it's just a big bump in the road, but I'll get over it and I'll be stronger for it. I've got my kids, my family, my friends, my business, Modern Alkeme, and while my heart might be broken, it's still good as gold. There are bigger issues in the world that need tackling, and there are bigger realities that need to be addressed. My reality is that my kids and I are healthy and happy. We're lucky and blessed. My thoughts and prayers are with the families affected by the tragedies in Orlando and the rest of the country and world," Jules Wainstein ends her blog.

According to PEOPLE magazine, this divorce could turn ugly. The report reveals that Wainstein called the cops to her apartment when she was there with her husband, as she genuinely felt scared for her well-being. Plus, many of her co-stars have expressed their support during this time. Many of them already knew that Wainstein was having issues in her marriage, and they possibly knew that she had caught Michael cheating.

Bethenny Frankel revealed that it was painful to watch the episode this week because she herself has gone through a painful divorce. While her marriage didn't end due to cheating, she doesn't envy Wainstein's situation. At the time, Bethenny was referring to Michael being on the phone during the dinner date and leaving the table to talk to other people.
