Miley Cyrus Forcing Liam Hemsworth To Loosen Up Ahead Of Their Summer Wedding: Is Liam Too Controlling?

While Liam Hemsworth seems to enjoy living a rather private life, Miley Cyrus is the complete opposite. And while the couple has remained a low profile in recent months, the singer is reportedly trying to get Liam to loosen up a little bit now that they’ve reconciled.

According to reports, Liam didn’t want anybody to know that he was back with Miley Cyrus because he strongly feels that the reason why they broke up in 2013 was mainly down to all the media controversy that surrounded their romance ahead of Miley’s Bangerz album release.

There were so many allegations made against the couple, to the point where Liam would question himself on whether some of the things reported about Miley in the media were true. On top of that, Miley’s antics at the time definitely didn’t help, causing controversy with her twerking antics, appearing naked in her music videos, and infamously making out with a sledgehammer.

It all became too much for Liam, so he called it quits. But now that the couple has reconciled, Liam is taking a different approach with how he wants things to run in their relationship. He doesn’t want things coming between them again, especially since the twosome still plan to get married over the summer. But whether Miley Cyrus will make it down the aisle is another question.

A source tells Hollywood Life, “Miley & Liam are going strong and as much as he would like it to stay the way it has been in their relationship the last few months — very low key — he also sees how it is important for her to be public about everything. She is wearing him down to loosen up his guard.”

With Miley gearing up to make her debut on the forthcoming season of The Voice, the spotlight will definitely be back on the singer, and maybe even her personal life. Fans even suspect that Liam will show up to a live taping in support of his soon-to-be wife’s latest TV gig, but he’ll only show up because he knows that his romance with Miley can’t be hidden forever.

The insider added, “She is in love with him and wants to share that. He has started peeling back from hiding their relationship, especially now that he knows it will probably help his upcoming movie release. He is really trying to see things from her perspective. He knows it will only help in the relationship, if she is happy he is happy!”

News of Miley Cyrus trying to get Liam Hemsworth to loosen up a little bit comes just two months after it was revealed that the singer had bought a multi-million dollar home out in Malibu, right next to the home the actor recently purchased for himself.

They are not living together, sources revealed at the time. Miley and Liam are much more careful when it comes to their relationship this time around — they still want to get married – but that doesn’t mean that they have to move in with one another right away.

Liam Hemsworth is currently gearing up for the release of his latest movie Independence Day: Resurgence while Miley will be readying up her mentoring gig on The Voice later this year.
