Khloe Kardashian Is Refusing To Speak To Lamar Odom After Alleged Drug Relapse

Khloe Kardashian has reportedly cut ties with husband Lamar Odom.

Eight months after his near fatal drug overdose in Nevada, Odom is said to be “using again,” and Khloe Kardashian refuses to be a part of his downward spiral.

“He is using again,” a source close to Kardashian revealed to Us Weekly on June 15. “So [Khloe Kardashian] had to put her foot down and stop helping him out.”

According to the report, Khloe Kardashian kicked Odom out of the Calabasas, California, home she had leased to him after his January release from the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Following Odom’s three-month stay in the hospital, where he was recovering from his October 2015 overdose, Khloe Kardashian wanted him to be close to her and her family. Now, however, as Odom’s unhealthy lifestyle reportedly takes over, she has had a change of heart.

“More than ­anything, [Khloe Kardashian] wants to be in ­Lamar’s life, but only if he gets healthy,” the source explained.

In October, when Odom was found unconscious at a brothel in Pahrump, Nevada, Khloe Kardashian immediately boarded a private jet and flew to his side with her mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kim Kardashian, in tow. At the time, the outlook on his recovery was extremely bleak, and many feared he wouldn’t make it. However, after spending several days in a coma, Odom awoke and was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West, Hollywood, California, where Khloe Kardashian and her family continued to visit him regularly until his January release.

Although a friend of Odom’s told the magazine that he had not returned to drugs, Odom was seen drinking at a bar at the Beverly Center mall in May.

“He has definitely been partying,” said a second source.

“[Khloe Kardashian] can’t watch him fall apart again,” added the first.

In a second report, shared by People Magazine on June 14, another source confirmed Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom “aren’t talking.”

“It was her decision,” said the magazine insider.

According to the report, Odom has been spotted drinking more than once, and Khloe Kardashian has grown frustrated with his alleged failure to stay sober — especially after she’s provided him with so much support in recent months.

“The times [Khloe Kardashian] went to see him recently, he was pretty messed up,” the source said. “She’s sick of it. She feels like she’s done everything she can and it’s just ridiculous at this point.”

“He is a sad mess,” another insider said. “His body is not back to normal and it never will be. There is a fear that he will again have an overdose.”

In May, around the time news surfaced of Odom’s drinking, Khloe Kardashian refiled her divorce documents.

“She’s honestly fine and it’s more of a formality at this point,” a source told People Magazine at the time. “She’s there for him and they’re in regular contact and she wishes him well. She’ll always be there for him. But as far as their marriage is concerned, that’s over and has been for quite some time. It was time to make it official.”

“[Khloe Kardashian] cares about Lamar and he’ll always be in her life,” added the insider. “But there is only so much you can do for a person. You can’t help or fix someone who won’t fix themselves.”
