‘Real Housewives’ Star Gretchen Rossi Gets Lawyers Involved After Uncensored Episode Airs

Bravo decided to air an uncensored episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County this week, showing how things played out behind the scenes in one of the most dramatic seasons of the show. During the Real Housewives of Orange County’s eighth season, Alexis Bellino and Gretchen Rossi were not exactly friendly with their cast members, and plenty of drama happened when the cameras were not rolling. All of the ladies decided to sit down in separate interviews to share their thoughts about this particular season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and that has caused some trouble.

According to a new tweet, Gretchen Rossi isn’t happy with the uncensored episode, as she didn’t feel that her side of the story was shared. And she’s now getting a lawyer involved so she can expose the production team behind The Real Housewives of Orange County. And she says she has emails to share with the world.

“When will we see the emails?” one person asked on Twitter, to which Gretchen replied, “When my lawyer says it’s ok to release which hopefully will be soon.”

When asked about what emails Gretchen was talking about, she said that “the emails showing they (producers and some cast members) are not telling you (the audience) the truth on the uncensored episode.”

Rossi hasn’t been on The Real Housewives of Orange County for years, so it is interesting that she’s taking such a strong stance on exposing what she feels are lies. When the producers told her to do the interview for The Real Housewives of Orange County, they told her that she could share her own truth in the interviews. But many viewers feel that she was set up.

“They told her she could talk her truth. Looks like producers set her up. Makes #Bravo look desperate,” one person wrote to Gretchen after watching the uncensored episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, to which Rossi replied, “Thank you, I feel completely set up.”

She later added, “They told me this was my time to tell the truth about what was really happening behind the camera, so I did, and then they tried to make me look like I was lying.”

Of course, she could be referring to the scenes where her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars said that Gretchen was faking her proposal in hopes of saving her role on the show. A producer was caught saying that fans didn’t think it was fun to watch Rossi fill her orders for her new line of purses, but her co-stars were convinced that she faked the proposal for ratings, since she’s still engaged to Slade three years later. And Rossi had a real problem with Heather Dubrow.

“Heather, why would you lie about me not wanting you guys at the engagement party when I actually forwarded you the email from the producers showing that they made the decision not to have you girls come because it didn’t match their storyline?” Rossi wrote on Instagram, according to Real Mr. Housewife. “#NotCool, I have the response from you saying ‘honey, it’s a TV show, they need to do what they need to do.'”

This response could be the emails that she’s referring to. It sounds like Gretchen wants to use legal action to bring attention to not only her fake co-stars but also how producers of The Real Housewives of Orange County are lying about how the show is created.

“The season was over and I was just trying to smooth things over since you wouldn’t let it go. ALSO, as you know this was a very long interview that pieces were shown. Same with me. You could have called or texted me to ask, but instead chose to blast me on social media,” Heather responded, according to Real Mr. Housewife.

Maybe Heather doesn’t want to face any legal action from Rossi. It sounds like she is serious about exposing The Real Housewives of Orange County as she feels completely set up by the network. Her lawyer may be looking at her old contract to see if she could get into trouble by leaking these emails, but many fans are hoping that this leak will happen.
