‘Big Brother 18’ Rumors: ‘BB18’ Cast To Set Record For Days In House

Big Brother 18 rumors still persist, despite the revelation of the first 12 cast members. Those Big Brother 18 rumors are thanks to production, as every fan who has been paying attention knows that CBS is holding back some key information. As reported by Entertainment Tonight, the BB18 cast is also going to set a record for most days spent in the house. The summer 2016 edition will see the houseguests spend 99 days in the competition, surpassing a record that had been set by Big Brother 17.

This is where it becomes obvious that many of the previous Big Brother 18 spoilers could still play out in the coming weeks. Primarily among those reported spoilers, is that four returning houseguests are going to join the new contestants. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, there have been strong rumors about the BB18 cast being joined by relatives or connections who were past houseguests. An assumption that many fans are making on social media, is that Cody Calafiore and Vanessa Rousso are walking through the door during the season premiere.

Going back to the Big Brother 18 rumors that the season will consist of 99 days, that are far too many days for just 12 houseguests to be in the game. Most of the time, evictions are done once a week, with some weeks serving as special double eviction episodes for the show. There certainly aren’t enough houseguests to last all 99 days according to that Big Brother schedule, but there are enough days to work in a 16-person BB18 cast. It also suggests that the houseguests are indeed entering the game this weekend.

Images of each of the first 12 Big Brother 18 cast members were already posted on the CBS site for the show. To view the videotaped interviews of each cast member, though, fans have to go sign up for the live feeds. CBS is offering a one-week free trial to get viewers interested in subscribing for the full summer. This is where fans can also start deciding which BB18 cast member they are rooting for to win the $500,000 prize.

The BB18 cast includes a mathematician (Bronte D’Acquisto), a preschool teacher (Zakiyah Everette), a make-up artist (Jozea Flores), a dog groomer (Glenn Garcia), a gym manager (Victor Arroyo), a baseball coach (Corey Brooks), a nutritionist (Michelle Meyer), and even a traveling nurse (Bridgette Dunning). A lot of fans are very interested in the high school teacher (Tiffany Rousso) and the DJ (Paulie Calafiore), though, as they are related to past houseguests.

Paulie is the brother of former houseguest Cody Calafiore and Tiffany is the sister of Big Brother 17 runner-up Vanessa Rousso. It suggests that Cody and Vanessa could be returning in some fashion, but also that there could be a connection between some of the other new houseguests and people who have been on the show before. This is where fans of the show would love to get a peek inside the script binder that Big Brother host Julie Chen posted on Twitter.

The producers for BB18 have done a great job at keeping information from getting leaked on social media or to the press. Though there have been quite a few Big Brother 18 rumors about who the four returning cast member might be this summer, no blog or entertainment site has been able to guess their names correctly. In fact, it could still be considered a rumor that any veterans will return to the house, as even that has yet to be confirmed by anyone in charge.

Regardless of how many BB18 rumors or spoilers are posted online, the season premiere is still going to air on Wednesday, June 22. The first episode is two hours long, beginning at 8 p.m. PT/ET and likely using that time to reveal the theme for the coming season. The second episode is Thursday, June 23, at 9 p.m. PT/ET. The Big Brother 18 live feeds will then turn on at 10 p.m. PT that Thursday night, giving fans their first live glimpse at the full 2016 cast.
