Bethenny Frankel Admits Dating A Married Man, Luann De Lesseps Blasts Her For Hypocrisy

Bethenny Frankel has been a little intense this season on the Real Housewives of New York. Her outspoken tone has caused a lot of conflict, ripping both Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan to shreds. Most of what Frankel says has some truth behind it. The most recent episodes of the show focused on the conflict with Morgan over the alcohol name she chose for her company and de Lesseps because of who she pretends to be. As things come full circle, Frankel has basically admitted to being a hypocrite.

Dating has been something Bethenny Frankel has kept private. There have been rumors about who she has been seeing, but nothing was confirmed until recently. According to the Hollywood Gossip, Bethenny Frankel is indeed dating a married man. She even took to Twitter to admit he was married but separated. Since Frankel is still battling over her divorce, she is married as well. After the comments she made to Luann de Lesseps about her sex life and sleeping with married men, fans are embarrassed for Frankel. It was an awkward episode to watch, but finding out that she is dating a married man makes things even more bizarre.

It doesn’t appear that Bethenny Frankel’s man will be appearing on the Real Housewives of New York this season. The two have been dating since the end of 2015, but she has only just announced his name. Dennis Shields is Frankel’s beau, but that is all it is and can be at the moment. With both of them married, things can get incredibly complicated. Frankel and Shields are semi-serious, which means down the road there could be something more once their marriages have been dealt with. While it isn’t like Frankel stepped in and ruined what he had with his wife, the fact that she judged Luann de Lesseps for being with a married man has people riled up. One was a fling, the other is something long-term. The situations are different, but calling out de Lesseps at Dorinda’s party was nothing short of entertaining and vile.

After all of the drama on the Real Housewives of New York, Luann de Lesseps fired back at Bethenny Frankel. She called her out on the hypocrisy, especially with dating Dennis Shields. Luann is engaged and will be getting married shortly while Frankel is still working out things on her divorce. She has been separated from her husband for several years now, but nothing has progressed. In fact, some of the drama was documented last season. For some reason, Frankel is garnering huge ratings for this part of the franchise this season. As it progresses, more and more information will be coming out.

At the end of the day, Bethenny Frankel admitted to dating a married man and is making no apologies for her choices. Separation is a slippery slope when it comes to dating, and legally speaking, both Frankel and Dennis Shields are still married. It will be interesting to see whether or not Shields and Frankel will last long enough to have him make an appearance on the show. During a conversation at Dorinda’s house, Frankel was adamant about not giving Luann de Lesseps too much information about who she was dating. She made her out to be a man-stealing friend, which was pointless since de Lesseps was already involved with her current boyfriend when this all went down.

People often mistake Bethenny Frankel’s honesty for negativity. When she is upset, she says what comes to her mind, even if it is going to hurt someone’s feelings. Now that the cat is out of the bag and Bethenny Frankel has revealed who she is dating, things are about to get very interesting.
