Justin Bieber Addresses Fight While Listening To Selena Gomez’s ‘Same Old Love’
Justin Bieber was involved in a scary fight last week in Ohio, where he was attending a Cleveland Cavaliers playoff game, and on Instagram, he recently addressed the incident.
Following news of Justin Bieber’s fight with a man who was quite larger than he was, the 22-year-old singer poked fun at his decision to throw down as his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez’s hit song, “Same Old Love,” played in the background.
“Not a scratch on this pretty boy,” Justin Bieber captioned the video clip, according to a June 13 report by Seventeen magazine.

“Is that a fighting video? Because fighting’s not cool,” Justin Bieber is heard saying in the clip.
“I know,” a friend responds. “That’s why you don’t take on 6’5″ guys.”
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez haven’t been together for over three years now, but every so often, they tease fans with a possible reunion, and Bieber’s latest Instagram may be yet another tease.
Most recently, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were caught interacting with one another on Instagram. In March, amid rumors of romances with Hailey Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian, Justin Bieber gave Gomez a shoutout on Instagram when he posted an old photo of them kissing in a swimming pool with the caption, “feels.” A while later, Gomez responded to the photo with a “like” and a comment that read, “perfect,” and days after, she attended his Los Angeles show.
At that point, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’s fans were hoping a reunion was near, but the tour date marked the last known Jelena sighting, and in the months since, he has been spotted with Nicole Peltz and Rita Ora.

Although Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez haven’t been seen together for months, that doesn’t necessarily mean they aren’t on one another’s minds. In fact, earlier this month, Justin Bieber re-followed Gomez on Instagram. Meanwhile, rumors have been swirling in regard to her feelings about his recent fight in Cleveland.
“She hates seeing [Justin Bieber] get in trouble all the time because she honestly feels she could have helped him and still could help him,” a source told Hollywood Life on June 10. “It is always an uphill battle for her because he is so stubborn, but she always feels that she should be there for him because in her mind they have such a strong connection. She really just wants him to be healthy and happy.”
“Of course it’s upsetting to [Selena Gomez] when she gets news like this about [Justin Bieber]. She’s just thankful that’s he’s okay and it wasn’t anything more serious. It’s worrisome to her, but they have been in communication, and he told Selena it was no big deal,” a second source told Hollywood Life.
While Justin Bieber may not think the incident was a big deal, it could have been a huge deal if charges were pressed or arrests had been made, but luckily, that hasn’t happened at this point.
“[Selena Gomez] hates seeing [Justin Bieber] get into fights. She thinks that it is really stupid and does nothing positive for him at all. She hates seeing him getting into all these predicaments and would love for him to just take a break away from everything and everyone. She wants him to just chill, not go to clubs, not go to anything in public because she really fears for his well being,” the source explained.
