Footage of Tamar Braxton’s alleged “outburst” on the set of The Real could soon be leaked to the public.
According to Page Six, The Real’s producers are supposedly considering making footage of Tamar’s reported outbursts public after Braxton continued to slander the show on social media and on her reality series, Braxton Family Values.
A source claimed to the site that Telepictures, The Real’s production company, “is really frustrated with how she’s handling things” and are allegedly contemplating revealing what Tamar was really like behind the scenes of the daytime talk show, where she sat alongside Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon and Jeannie Mai for two seasons.
“If she continues to smear her co-hosts and the show, they’re going to release the video and audio of her blowing up on set,” a source claimed, which came prior to Braxton claiming that she had no idea why she was fired in an emotional scene filmed for a recent episode of Braxton Family Values.
However, it appears that the scene, which aired during the June 2 episode of the Braxton family WeTV show, titled “S*** Gets Real,” has now seriously ruffled the feathers of Braxton’s former employers.
The Daily Mail claimed that Warner Bros. accused Braxton of faking the scene, despite Tamar claiming during a June 1 interview on The Steve Harvey Morning Show that the moment was filmed two hours after she found out the news.
Tamar claimed that “the cameras just so happened to be there” during the radio interview, adding that fans “get a really clear, candid picture of my sisters being there for me and having to be open and honest about my feelings.”
But it sounds like the production company isn’t convinced, as the Daily Mail is alleging that Warner Bros. were so outraged with the supposed recreation that they supposedly threatened WE tv with legal action over the drama, claiming they “called for an emergency episode of Braxton Family Values.”
“They re-enacted the day that Tamar found out she was fired and staged an entire scene where Tamar is laying in bed crying and declaring that she doesn’t know why she was fired, while her sisters attempt to console her,” an inside source told the site.
The Real’s producers have yet to confirm or deny reports that leaked footage of Tamar Braxton’s alleged on-set meltdowns may soon find its way online, though the Daily Mail’s insider claimed that it’s a serious possibility that video of Braxton “cursing out” the series’ executive producer could be leaked.
“It would definitely affect her ability to get work in this business,” the insider said of the supposed footage of Braxton’s outburst on the set. “Everyone on set will tell you that her actions that day were reprehensible and the epitome of insubordination.”
“All the cursing and violent language, it was just a chaotic scene that will make Dennis Quaid’s movie set meltdown look like a nursery rhyme session at a daycare center,” the Braxton source added.
The new claims come after the Daily Mail previously reported that it was Braxton’s bad behavior on The Real set that led to the surprising decision to let her go from the series, also alluding to the fact that Tamar had a meltdown after losing a game.
“It was an ugly scene… Tamar was genuinely upset she was losing the game,” a source said. “She really acted out during the taping in front of the studio audience and then exploded behind the scenes once the show was done.”
The site’s Tamar source also alleged that the outburst was just one of frequent outbursts Tamar had during her two seasons with the show before claiming that Braxton “was becoming unbearable to work with.”
But while the alleged footage of Tamar’s supposed outburst has yet to surface, Tamar has made her feelings about the decision to let her go from the daytime talk show very much known on social media.
Tamar Braxton slammed the show on Instagram back in May and claimed that she had been “stabbed in the back” by someone assumed to be associated with the series.
“I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted,” Braxton told fans at the time, refusing to name names. “I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch and it’s not in good taste to tell you who… but as #tamartians you are very smart and can figure things out on your own.”
Braxton then appeared to take aim at her former co-stars following a more than week-long hiatus from social media after the news broke, in which she appeared to refer to her former co-stars as “phony b******.”
After returning to the social media site, Braxton both liked and commented on a fan-uploaded photo, which appeared to show Tamar leaning away from her former co-hosts as they took a selfie alongside the caption “when you in a room full of phony b******, it’s best to distance yourself.”
Tamar both liked and commented on the photo “Pretty much,” alongside the nail painting emoji, but later appeared to backtrack on her remarks about her Real co-hosts on the photo sharing site.
Appearing to allude to the pretty serious social media shade with a selfie uploaded on June 1, Tamar told fans that she was “happy” and “positive” and had “not an ill will toward ANYONE or ANYTHING.”
“I may joke or shade (and that’s just jokes),” Tamar continued, before confessing, “but know in order for him to use me my HEART is pure and FULL of LOVE!”
