The Inquisitr reported earlier that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shares much of her revenge body secrets on her site, Kourtneykardashian.com, where she tells her fans about her diet secrets and introduces them to her favorite clothes and some quick tips for a great skin and body. Kourtney has always been open about her love for Ayurveda, and how she likes to include ingredients like Basmati rice, ghee, and turmeric into her daily routine. She says she likes to start her day with a tiny cup of clarified butter called ghee.

Of ghee, she says that “Ghee is the first thing I put in my body every morning. I take one big teaspoon of ghee every morning, melt it on the stove in a pan and drink it out of a cute little ceramic white cup. After I take it, I don’t eat anything for 20 minutes, and then I drink a glass of water before eating food. In my kitchen, I only cook with ghee and coconut oil and try to incorporate it into my meals as much as possible. We make French toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, quesadillas and basically anything we can with ghee.”

She says she also resorts to some really unusual ingredients to keep herself healthy, fennel seeds being one of them. Kourtney confesses that “I always had fennel seeds in my kitchen with all of my spices but never really used them until one day my friends Jaden, Moises and Mateo came over and got really excited about the fact that I had them in my kitchen. Jaden sprinkled some into all of our hands and we all started chewing them. They explained to me that they are so good for you and that they are basically like chewing gum and freshen your breath.”

It looks like it does take a lot of unusual means to achieve a revenge body. And Kourtney Kardashian makes sure she doesn’t leave any stone unturned when it comes to looking her best. But it’s not just her diet, but her exercise regimen that keeps her fit, as well.

The Inquisitr quoted E! News as saying that Kourtney works with her trainer Don Brooks to make sure she keeps looking her best.

While Kourtney Kardashian seems to be busy looking her best all the time, it looks like Scott Disick is out to get some help. He reportedly saw a psychic.

Business Standard quoted Aceshowbiz.com as saying that Scott Disick wants to get rid of the curse on him.

I feel like some curse has been put upon me along with a lot of other men that I’m close with. You know how everyone says there is that Kardashian curse to the men? It is kind of scary but it’s kind of dope if it actually had truth to it,” Disick told the psychic.

The psychic went on to say that Scott Disick indeed has a lot of negative energy around him and that must perform some rituals. He was also advised to take a herbal bath.
