Liam Hemsworth: Silent About Cyrus, Movie Releases, Jennifer Lawrence, And Kangaroo Sex

Liam Hemsworth, the actor best known for his role in the Hunger Games series as Gale Hawthorne, has sparked rumors that he will be off the market permanently.

According to the Daily Mail, Miley Cyrus wants to get married to her on-again-off-again boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

It is suggested that Cyrus apparently wants a summer wedding with Hemsworth and that she is currently writing her vows. By this stage, the news is less of a rumor and starting to resemble established fact, as it has been reported that Hemsworth’s future mother-in-law, Tish, is busy helping Miley get ready for their big day.

Liam and Miley ended their relationship back in 2013, but just last December, the couple rekindled their romance in Hemsworth’s homeland of Australia. Since then, the engagement ring that Hemsworth once gave to Miley has taken its place on her finger once again, signifying that their engagement is back on. The ring first caught the eye of onlookers at a New York Knicks game at Madison Square Gardens in March.

Rumors of things getting serious between the two were exacerbated by a sighting of Liam and Miley going on a lunch date with Liam’s parents recently. According to Pop Sugar, Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus were spotted on a lunch date in Byron Bay, Australia, in late April.

They met up with Liam’s parents inside the restaurant and enjoyed lunch together, then walked back to their cars after the meal. The sighting did not end there; the couple was also spotted going for breakfast the following day. Fans have speculated that the relationship must have been heating up by that point for Liam Hemsworth’s parents to be involved.

According to TV Week, Liam Hemsworth confirmed it himself, saying that he and Miley are not engaged.

The couple is certainly back together, but evidently, they are not intending to pick up exactly where they left off. Why Miley Cyrus is wearing her old engagement ring remains a mystery, but perhaps the couple intended to take their relationship a little slower on the second time around. On the other hand, there’s every chance that Liam wasn’t telling the full story during the interview.

Given how much the pair live in the public eye, Liam Hemsworth had an interesting way of dealing with the media attention after he and Miley started dating again. Liam stayed at home for the first few months after he and Miley Cyrus resumed their relationship, but not because he was avoiding the paparazzi, but because of a back injury he sustained during the filming of his latest movie Independence Day: Resurgence.

As much as no one wants to have a back injury, least of all an elite actor like Hemsworth, the timing of his injury was quite fortuitous given the amount of media attention that their resumed relationship garnered. Liam Hemsworth spoke on his personal views on paparazzi and privacy.

“It is what it is and I am not someone who is looking for any more attention that I have and I try not to draw attention in any way. I don’t do things that do draw attention. So most of the time I fly under the radar. There is a lot of attention there but I did have a helicopter flying over my house for a while.”

The Daily Mail reported on June 12 that Liam Hemsworth feels he doesn’t owe anyone a “show and tell” regarding his rekindled relationship with Miley Cyrus.

The Independence Day: Resurgence actor said that he entered into a media storm when he rekindled his relationship with his former girlfriend but that he has never gone out of his way to attract any attention towards his personal life. He said that he has been followed by media attention ever since he started his acting career, but he makes it a point to not let it get to him.

“I don’t buy into it anymore, and live my life happily. It’s way less complicated.”

The next place for fans to watch out for Liam Hemsworth will be on the big screen, as the release of Independence Day: Resurgence is nearing. According to Just Jared, a new trailer for the film recently dropped on the internet.

Liam Hemsworth and Jeff Goldblum star in the film, and the trailer shows them assess the situation while showing their terror.

Liam will also be starring in the supernatural western film The Duel alongside Woody Harrelson. According to Slash Film, the first official trailer and synopsis for the film recently hit the internet.

The film will star Liam Hemsworth as a Texas Ranger who investigates a town, which is led by a preacher played by Woody Harrelson, that has had a series of murders. In the film, the investigation takes an interesting turn when the ghosts of the past begin to haunt once again, and Hemsworth’s character finds himself needing to solve the case before he loses everything. Liam Hemsworth fans are eagerly awaiting the release of both the actor’s new film The Duel and Independence Day: Resurgence on June 24, 2016.

Finally, News Australia reported that Liam Hemsworth shared a funny Jennifer Lawrence story during his appearance on The Graham Norton Show as part of his promotion for his new Independence Day: Resurgence film. According to Hemsworth, Jennifer Lawrence liked to lighten the mood on the movie set by asking the actor a series of ridiculous questions, teasing him about his Australian heritage.

“She often, right before a take, would turn to me and ask if I liked having sex with kangaroos. Anything along those lines… You never really know what’s going to come out of her mouth!”

Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, who shared the couch with Liam Hemsworth on The Graham Norton Show, asked Hemsworth how he would reply to Lawrence’s questions. Hemsworth laughed as he gave his response.

“Absolutely! That’s what Australians do!”
