Kailyn Lowry Divorce Drama: Javi Marroquin Blasts The ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star For Cheating Amid A Looming Court Room Showdown For Full Custody Of Issac And Lincoln

Teen Mom 2 stars, Kailyn Lowry, and Javi Marroquin are yet again airing their dirty laundry for the whole world to see.

Last month, Kailyn announced that she was divorcing Javi after four years of marriage, and many suspected the cause may have been infidelity. There had been persistent rumors that he was with another woman, and the couple had been at odds with each other because Lowry did not want any more children. All About The Tea reported that Javi is gearing up for a huge custody showdown, and plan to seek full custody of both the boys, Lincoln, and Issac. And, the best part is he isn’t even home from deployment yet.

“Kailyn is trying to get custody of two-year-old Lincoln and she plans to tell the court she believes Javi is a cheater and she is the one who has been taking care of their son while he’s been deployed.”

It looks like Marroquin may see things differently as he believes that he deserves custody of their son, Lincoln but wants partial custody of his step-son, Issac, as well. His argument is he’s spent three-plus years co-parenting the six-year-old with Kailyn, and he thinks it would be in the child’s best interest to have shared custody with Lowry.

A source close to Javi revealed that he knows it will be a battle, and he’s preparing for a legal fight for the boys.

And, Kailyn is not the only one slinging mud accused of cheating. Apparently, Javi believes that his ex cheated on him, and one more than one occasion, Radar Online reports.

Marroquin tweeted, “What’s done in the night will show in the day.” Teen Mom 2 followers took that to mean he suspected Kailyn of cheating on him. He refused to come out and say anything directly because he has respect for “his son’s mother.”

“I’m gonna keep my mouth shut about all these stupid false stories cause I’m not gonna bash my son’s mother so we’ll leave it at that.”

Lowry responds to Marroquin’s tweets, “I didn’t leave Javi for anyone, though.”

In May, Lowry announced her marriage was over after four years. For months, the fans suspected their marriage was in real trouble, but they kept quiet. Finally, they both announced they split, and they were going to handle the custody and divorce as civilly as possible.

On June 5, just one month after they announced they were divorcing, Lowry was photographed kissing and getting cozy with her longtime friend, Becky Hayter.

A fan defended her relationship with Becky, and claimed they were together in a romantic way–they were only friends. It makes a surprising turn when Hayter responds by adding more fuel to the fire by asking,”Who says we aren’t together?”

It created a fan backlash when the viewers demanded to know what was going on. There we so many questions about Kailyn involvement with Becky, and the reasons behind why she wanted to divorce Javi.

Ultimately, their marriage ended due to the fact Lowry doesn’t want to have any more children. Marroquin was not quiet about his desire for more children, and Kailyn was happy with her two sons. The differences they had about expanded their family size broke them up and caused them to resent each other.

It looks like it’s about to get ugly between them as they prepare to fight for their children. Lowry and Marroquin both believe they are the better parent to raise the boys, so it will be interesting to see how it all turns out.
