Andrew Bynum Enjoys A Miller Lite And Shows Off Blonde Hair While Repping The Cleveland Cavaliers At Game 4 Of The NBA Finals

Andrew Bynum showed up to support his former team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, for Game 4 of the NBA Finals. While it might be normal to see a former NBA player attending a game like that, the image of a bleached-blonde Bynum sitting in the stands while drinking a Miller Lite definitely turned some heads. It also inspired a Twitter trend poking fun at Andrew Bynum’s notoriously questionable hairstyles.

Back in 2013, when Andrew Bynum played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, he ended up leaving the team pretty abruptly. Bynum was suspended from the team with no explanation about what he did, according to Baller Alert. Once thought to be one of the best centers in the NBA, Bynum’s stock was plummeting as the pro baller was starting to earn himself a reputation for being very hard to work with.

Andrew Bynum was suspended indefinitely from the Cleveland Cavaliers, stopping him from traveling with the team. It was soon after that, the Cavs traded Bynum to the Chicago Bulls. Rumors circulated that Bynum was sleeping with assistant coach Jamahl Mosley’s wife. Others argued that it was Bynum’s constant distraction and interruptions that caused him to be traded. Lakers Nation reported that Bynum was causing trouble during practices because he would shoot the ball every time it was thrown to him.

After the way Bynum left the Cleveland Cavaliers, it’s hard to understand why he’d be back in the stands, cheering for his old team again. The “blonde bombshell baller” as Bossip called him, was even wearing the Cavs shirt provided to each ticketholder over his shoulder, assumedly because the standard-sized gear wouldn’t fit a former NBA center.

When pictures of Bynum at Game 4 of the NBA Finals went viral, fans took the opportunity to poke a bit of fun at the former player. Some wondered if Andrew Bynum had bleached his afro and his goatee to match the Cavaliers colors or if he was trying to stay incognito since he’s sort of a pariah amongst the team and their old coach, Mike Brown, who was less than impressed with his performance when he was on the team.

Bynum was asked about his appearance at the game, and he told Ramona Shelburne of ESPN that he was driving across the country in his RV and decided to stop off for the game. That has to explain the old man slippers that Andrew Bynum was rocking while he chugged a Miller Lite and looked on as the Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Golden State Warriors again, putting them two games behind and headed back to Oakland.

After the Andrew Bynum sighting, fans started sharing their favorite crazy hairstyles from the former NBA center. The two-time championship winner was taunted for the way he ended up leaving the NBA at an unusually young age, to the variety of questionable hairstyles Bynum has had over the years. From Don King to Demolition Man, Andrew Bynum definitely did what he wanted when it came to his hair.

Jay Williams tweeted about the Bynum sighting, along with thousands of others who were baffled at his appearance at Game 4 of the NBA Finals. Williams wrote, “Andrew Bynum spotted at #NBAFinals #Bold.” Apparently, even he thought it was pretty ballsy for Andrew Bynum to show back up at a Cleveland Cavaliers game after the way he left, and the way some of the coaching staff and players might feel about him.

What do you think of Andrew Bynum’s shocking appearance, both with his bleached blonde hair and the fact that he was even at the Cleveland Cavaliers game?
