UFO hunters have claimed an "earthshaking" discovery of a massive alien UFO military invasion fleet that flew in tactical formation past Earth, and through our inner solar system, close to the Sun.

The "alarming" discovery was made by the prolific YouTube UFO hunter Streetcap1 in an image of the Sun captured on May 29, 2016, by cameras on board the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) satellite.

The SOHO satellite is a joint project between the European Space Agency (ESA) and the NASA. The spacecraft is stationed in halo orbit around the Sun-Earth L1 gravitational balance point.

The image allegedly showing a massive fleet of alien UFOs flying in formation past Earth, and through the inner solar system, was captured by cameras on board the SOHO satellite on May 29, 2016. The information was shared by Streetcap1 in a video message uploaded to YouTube on June 10, 2016.

"I have seen too many 'UFO fleets' now to be in any doubt that this is a reality."

Streetcap1 explains that the awesome and intimidating armada of alien spaceships appeared to be flying in regular and highly ordered "small group formations" suggestive of a highly-organized military fleet. And Streetcap1 should know because he specializes in watching NASA's Helioviewer website where NASA uploads the latest SOHO satellite images.

"They are flying in small group formation which might suggest military craft," Streetcap1 explains. "I have seen too many 'UFO fleets' now to be in any doubt that this is a reality."

UFO blogger Scott C. Waring has also commented on the unusual discovery.

"This UFO fleet was caught by Streetcap1 of YouTube. It is an awesome find," he writes in the latest update to his blog UFO Sightings Daily.

"I have seen thousands of SOHO sun photos, but never one like this," he continues. "Here we see fleets of ships in groups of two, three and even four. This is a fleet, which is not a good sign."

Predictably, Waring initiates speculation as to why an armada of military alien spacecraft -- possibly an invasion fleet -- was passing through our inner solar system close to Earth. Should earthlings be worried about what appears to be a massive mobilization of a technologically-advanced civilization for war? Or was the fleet simply passing through our solar system en route to another star system in another part of our galaxy?

"Yes, you can bet money that they know we are here, but they are so technologically advanced that we are not threat to them. Thus, they ignore us. We see a 60-80 ships here that the SOHO image caught. Many more it didn't catch."

But UFO hunters have suggested that since the fleet was captured on camera on May 29 and discovered by alien hunters nearly two weeks later, on June 10, 2016, we can assume safely that the fleet has passed without an incident out of our solar system and that the aliens were not interested in our primitive civilization.

"... For a fleet this size to be passing Earth, something big is about to happen... they know we are here, but... we are not threat to them... they ignore us."

Further discussion of the worrisome and alarming anomaly on SOHO's satellite image ensued on YouTube. Most viewers were so shocked and alarmed that they could only exclaim in awe.

"It's like a space battle.."

"Incredible; but why...?

"Weird!"

"But they are huge how do you explain [this]."

Alleged sightings of alien UFOs in SOHO satellite images have been the subject of speculation in the past in many UFO conspiracy theory forums.

The Inquisitr reported earlier in February that the online UFO community exploded in a frenzy of speculation after some researchers announced that images captured by amateur astronomers indicated that a giant alien structure had entered (see YouTube below) our solar system and was approaching Jupiter's moon Europa.

UFO hunters analyzed the images and concluded that the structure, believed to be "artificial," could be a massive interstellar ship or an armada of spacecraft.

UFO researchers who favored the suggestion that the structure was a massive fleet of alien spaceships speculated that a technologically advanced space-faring extraterrestrial race from a neighboring or distant star system may have embarked on a major effort to explore their stellar neighborhood.

But other researchers argued that the evidence from SOHO images that there is a heavy and constant flow of alien UFO traffic through our inner solar system could mean that our system is straddled by a major interstellar highway. Thus, most of the UFOs seen in SOHO images were only passing through our nondescript solar system en route to their final destinations. But some of the alien crafts stop at our Sun to refuel by harvesting energy from it, UFO conspiracy theorists claim.

UFO hunters have also asked why NASA has remained silent about the evidence of alien UFO traffic in our solar system. Alien hunters dismiss claims by skeptics that the objects spotted in SOHO images are only incidental flaws in the digital photographs, saying that many of the objects show clear evidence of artificial structure, with symmetric and aerodynamic features that are the hallmarks of intelligent design.

The YouTube video above, for instance, shows an object that alien hunters have identified as a frequent visitor to our Sun. The alleged craft is nicknamed "Angel UFO" by Waring and his colleagues who insist that it shows unmistakable aerodynamic features with wings and a tail.

In a recent blog update, Waring expresses concern about the increasing frequency of sightings in SOHO satellite images and notes that government silence on the mysterious phenomenon is very disturbing.

"It is a well-known fact that government scientists around the world know about it," Waring writes, "and are trying to keep it secret so as not to cause a world-wide panic."
