The Massive Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Innovation

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are the upgraded versions of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge from last year. Though the previous versions are already impressive, the new Galaxy S7 lines have new features to offer.

First off, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge comes with a free Gear VR. With Samsung’s integration of virtual reality in their products, they are now providing a bonus to early consumers. The free Gear VR is also available for purchases of Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 Edge+, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6. However, this is only offered for a limited time. After the supply is exhausted, consumers will now have to order the Gear VR separately.

Water-Resistant

The other cool feature of the new Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge series is the ability to be water-resistant.

“You can’t live without water or your smartphone, which is why the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge have a certified water-resistant rating. It repels spills, splashes and even dunks without a bulky protective case.”

Though it is now safe underwater, Samsung notes that the smartphones can only withstand 1.5 meters of pressure. For shallow diving, accidental spills and slips, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are good to go.

Specs and Super Battery

Samsung also made it a point to empower the hardware of the new Galaxy S7 line. The smartphones have a basic 32GB internal memory. If that is still not enough, users can add a 200GB microSD card. That means, users would no longer need to use any cloud feature just to save space. Over the past years, Apple’s cloud offering has been compromised and multiple naked photos of celebrities were released to the public.

Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are pretty handy, having 5.1? and 5.5? display screens. According to Samsung, the slim feature fits perfectly to any user’s hand. They also “perfected” Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge’s curved design.

The impressive Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge series is also powered by a 3,000 and 3,600 mAh batteries respectively, with the ability to supercharge in a wireless charging. With this feature, any user can recharge the full battery in “no time.”

It also has a 12MP camera that has a dual pixel CMOS 5MP front camera.

“The first smartphone camera with Dual Pixel technology features an autofocus that’s so incredibly fast and seamless, you can capture the most sudden movements, even in low light—and your pictures come out sharp and detailed.”

The Android-powered smartphone is already available in the market. They can be bought at BestBuy or at the main Samsung store. The prices vary depending on the carrier, but the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is available at $799.
