Kate Upton Returns To Modeling, Survives Wardrobe Malfunction, Shares Her Diet Tips

Amid her 24th birthday, Kate Upton has announced that she will return to modeling. She left the modeling industry behind in 2014 to focus on her acting career.

Kate Upton left IMG Models to sign on with Next Model Management, according to The Post, as reported by FOX News. The agency will handle all of Upton's fashion and beauty projects. However, Upton will continue to be represented by WME when it comes to her acting ventures.

Next Models made the announcement about Kate's return to modeling on Twitter on Tuesday, June 7.

In the meantime, Kate Upton has been busy celebrating her birthday with her fiancé Justin Verlander. Upton nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction when she stepped out in a dress that showed off her butt -- but that wasn't the problem. What happened is that Upton's butt was even more exposed when her dress ripped.

It all started when the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model wore a completely sheer floor-length dress embellished with silver stars to her 24th birthday party at Blond in NYC on Wednesday night, June 8. She also wore a black Wolford Jamaika String bodysuit underneath the dress, according to Hollywood Life. Although Kate's dress tore right next to her butt crack, she was completely cool about the mishap. She later took to Instagram to joke about her wardrobe malfunction.

She even played it up to the cameras since the paparazzi happily snapped away at the sight of her backside. Upton was seen showing off her booty with a playful shocked face and later laughing about the embarrassing situation. Also at the party were Bella Hadid and Nick Jonas, along with some of Upton's close friends and family.Kate had the chance to share off her incredibly toned body, which she has worked so hard on. She's been looking even better thanks to celebrity fitness trainer Ben Bruno. Bruno has been working with Kate for the past eight months on her strength training workouts, which include slow progression.
"One of the key tenants of my program is progressive overload. We do slow increases over time, so you build gradually. It's important to always strive to be better, whether that's with more weights or reps or moving to a harder exercise. With Kate we do all three at different points, so we've gradually built up."
Upton can now lift over 200 lbs., perform sled pushes with 500 lbs., and do bear crawls with 300 lbs.

"She's insanely strong. Stronger than a lot of athletes I train!" Bruno said.

Kate is also strict and regiment when it comes to her diet. She eats a lot of clean foods, fruits, proteins, and vegetables, and she often limits herself on sugar.
"She's got her eating on track. She's very disciplined [and] she's been great about limiting sugar."
For example, Upton will eat turkey meatballs or chicken with a salad. But even Upton likes to indulge on sweets every so often. She was once seen performing a strength circuit while eating a donut.
"It's lean protein at every meal, and really limiting sugar and processed foods. She does eat treats every once in a while, like everybody does. That's totally fine. You just pick up where you left off, and keep on healthy eating. Her favorite treat is doughnuts. It's not all the time, but life's too short to not have some fun stuff every once in a while!"
Bruno says that Upton is not losing weight for her wedding. This is a lifestyle change and she's committed to eating healthy and exercising regularly. Upton even gets into some friendly competition with her friend Chelsea Handler when it comes to pushing her limits at the gym.
