Ariel Winter’s Tattoos For New Film Role: Actress Turns 18 And Finally Has Access To Her Hard-Earned Cash

Ariel Winter, the flame-haired Modern Family star, is living every teenager’s fantasy. The 18-year-old, who has been working hard since the age of 6, has now gained access to her earnings. The Daily Mail reported that recently she spent an entire day searching for a brand new home along with her sister Shanelle Workman.

Shanelle, 37, was Ariel’s legal guardian until recently, as the teenage star was removed from her mother’s custody in 2012 after allegations of abuse.

Ariel Winter is appreciative of the support and guidance that her sister gave her and made sure to give Shanelle her due credit on Mother’s Day when she shared a photo of herself with Workman on Instagram. Ariel praised Shanelle in the most beautiful tribute that any loving mother should deserve.

“You are the most amazing mother I’ve ever known and we are all so grateful for you!”

Ariel Winter was seen scouting for her dream home in a simple pair of baggy white sweatpants, a white top, and a gray hoodie. And the teen queen is set to feature in the upcoming movie Dog Years, which began filming earlier this month.

Just Jared reported that Ariel Winter was spotted having temporary tattoos affixed in preparation for her role in the film. Winter will join Chevy Chase and Burt Reynolds in the film, in which she plays an “emotionally unstable young woman” who is tasked with being a driver for Burt Reynolds’ character.

The Adam Rifkin-directed movie is produced by Goron Whitener and Neil Mandt. According to WJHL, the new Ariel Winter film will be very beneficial to the state of Tennessee, as it will create a number of job opportunities for actors, crew, vendors, and hoteliers from the city of Knoxville.

Additionally, the film is set to be an excellent opportunity for actors from the state to work alongside stars like Ariel Winter. In fact, the production house has appealed to anyone in the area wishing to take part in the film to apply with their headshot and resume.

And apart from her professional commitments, Ariel Winter is busy enjoying all the things that any typical teenager would enjoy. E! Online reported that Ariel Winter attended her high school prom as an honoree for the event.

The actress was filled with so much excitement that she made the event look like a black tie gala by dressing impeccably in a gorgeous, strapless mermaid-style gown. The contrasting black-and-white look was paired with the voluminous bright red hair that provided the perfect prom look.

The change in her dressing style over the past year just goes to show how fast the teenage star is progressing towards adulthood. Last year, the actress adopted a similar lace style when she wore a navy blue gown with a plunging neckline, which made everybody’s jaws drop. And as a dreamy teen, the star loved to dress up in outfits reminiscent of a mean girl character from Clueless, Gossip Girl, The Craft, and Mean Girls. Ariel Winter noted that these are the type of personalities who would love to bully Alex Dunphy, her Modern Family character, at school. In fact, she revealed that she loves to dress up to take on the well-known on-screen bullies.

Recently, News Australia reported that Ariel did a photo shoot for Cosmopolitan in clothing that made her appear like a famous “mean girl” from five iconic movies and TV shows.

Ariel was quite vocal against bullying in high schools. According to Ariel Winter, bullies are not to be admired, as they are not even ashamed of their actions. The actress considers it unworthy to deliberately go out of the way to hurt someone. Ariel’s makeover enabled her to assume a persona that takes on characters like Mean Girls’ Regina George, Gossip Girl’s Blair Waldorf, Clueless’ Amber, and The Craft’s Nancy Downs. And for the fans of Ariel Winter, it is indeed a pleasant surprise to find a tough crusader hidden inside a talented teenager actress.

Ariel Winter has also been vocal about school dress codes, which she finds offensive to women. She believes that more emphasis should be placed on teaching boys that girls are not sexual objects rather than focussing the blame on girls and body-shaming them in the process.
