Jenelle Evans’ Boyfriend David Eason’s Secret: Could This Break Them Up?

Jenelle Evans keeps gushing about how happy she is with David Eason. He was introduced on this current season of Teen Mom, which wraps up in the next few weeks with the reunion specials. Fans of the show have a hard time trusting everything Jenelle says, as she’s claimed that both Courtland Rogers and Nathan Griffith have been perfect guys for her. But both haven proven to be the wrong guys for her, as one ended in a drug-fueled divorce and the other in a domestic dispute. Evans and Eason have been dating for a while, but his past history could possibly ruin her happy ending.

According to a new Radar Online report, Jenelle Evans may soon learn that David has previously been married! Apparently, David’s past includes a criminal record, two children, and a secret marriage. Radar Online reveals that he was married for seven years, which is longer than any of Jenelle Evans’ relationships. David had been hoping for that happy ending, so in 2006, he married the mother of his children.

It’s no secret that he has a criminal history, as this is something that Jenelle has been defending for a while. Evans’ mother keeps accusing him of brainwashing her daughter and Jace, who remains in the legal care of Barbara. But Jenelle’s mother may be shocked to learn that her daughter’s boyfriend was secretly married.

According to the New Hanover County Clerk of Superior Court, Eason married Whitney Johnson in North Carolina back on October 21, 2006. The two were married for several years, and it was Eason who filed for divorce from her in the summer of 2013. The divorce was finalized just months later. But Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend isn’t the one who confirmed the news to Radar Online. It was his sister, April Eason McKeithan, who shared the bombshell.

“They were married, she was a big part of the family,” McKeithan said, adding, “They grew up together and were very young when they had Maryssa.”

After filing for divorce, Eason and Johnson have maintained a friendship with one another for the sake of their child. They only had one child together. He also has another child, his son Kaden, with Olivia Leedham. That relationship didn’t end well, as she has a restraining order against him for domestic violence. But it wasn’t domestic violence that ended his marriage.

“Just differences,” his sister revealed of the divorce, hinting that Jenelle Evans was not the reason either.

Maybe it’s the restraining order, the secret marriage, or the fact that Eason has two children with two different women. Or maybe jealousy is behind Nathan Griffith’s dislike for Jenelle’s new boyfriend. He just doesn’t want his son Kaiser in the environment that Jenelle often puts him in. If it was up to Griffith, Kaiser would probably spend more time with him than with Jenelle.

“My son is in an unstable environment with two drug addicts,” Nathan reveals to the audience at the upcoming Teen Mom reunion, according to Us Weekly. “Yeah, where you see weed in the background and smoking constantly.”

Apparently, he has no respect for Jenelle Evans, even though the two have a child together.

“Now you have these mysterious illnesses?” Nathan adds about Jenelle’s mystery illness that took over much of this season of Teen Mom, adding, “You’re not capable of taking care of [Kaiser]. You are totally unstable with all these medical ‘illnesses,’ all these drug abuse problems.”
