Amber Heard ‘Covered In Blood’ Following Johnny Depp Abuse, Claims Friend Amid Divorce Process

Amber Heard was allegedly covered in blood following an argument the actress had with her soon-to-be ex-husband Johnny Depp, a friend has recalled.

Heard caused headlines last month following the news she had filed legal papers to divorce the 53-year-old, but it wasn’t until a few days later that she made the shocking allegations that Depp had physically abused her throughout their marriage.

From bruises to scratches and a busted lip, to say that Amber Heard’s relationship with Johnny was chaotic would be an understatement, and the actress’ good pal iO Tillett Wright is now speaking out about some of the things he witnessed, explaining why Amber kept her mouth shut for so long.

According to the pal, Heard always tried to protect Depp from getting in trouble with the police, mainly because he was a public figure, and she knew that the domestic abuse claims could tarnish his Hollywood reputation.

But even when she would forgive him for allegedly attacking her with endless objects, including an iPhone, she would find herself the victim of yet another attack. It reportedly got the point where Amber Heard’s closest friends had to step in and say enough is enough, which supposedly then led to the actress’ decision to file for divorce two weeks ago.

“I called 911 because she never would,” Wright told Refinery29, according to Radar Online. “The reports of violence started with a kick on a private plane, then it was shoves and the occasional punch until finally, in December, she described an all-out assault and she woke up with her pillow covered in blood.”

The incident where Amber woke up with blood all over her pillow and bed sheets was said to have been the first time that the 30-year-old knew she couldn’t stay with Johnny any longer, despite the supposed fact that she had forgiven his actions many times in the past.

According to reports, Depp was always very apologetic following the alleged attacks — Amber has yet to reveal why the actor would lash out on her in a physical manner, and Johnny’s ex-girlfriend, Vanessa Paradis, has openly claimed that the aging Hollywood star is one of the kindest and most innocent men she has ever met.

Not according to Wright, however, who would go on to stress, “I know this because I went to their house. I saw the pillow with my own eyes. I saw the busted lip and the clumps of hair on the floor. I got the phone call immediately after it happened, her screaming and crying, a stoic woman reduced to sobs.”

Interestingly enough, iO alleges that several of her phone conversations with Amber would suddenly lead to Depp screaming things relating to physical abuse, such as the time she reportedly heard Johnny say he was going to pull his wife’s hair back in a forceful manner.

If that’s the case, those phone calls can evidently be tracked by law enforcement, making Amber’s court case that much more convincing. The actress is already said to be fighting for spousal support, along with an alleged payout of $15 million — but with the abuse claims, she could be looking at a much larger settlement if what she has claimed is, in fact, the truth.
