Norman Reedus Teases Fans About ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7, Calls It Mind-Blowing

It is still quite some time before Norman Reedus and The Walking Dead will return to your television. Fans can’t wait for the return, and now Norman Reedus is teasing what fans can expect. He is promising that fans will be happy with The Walking Dead when it returns. TV Line shared what Norman had to say about Season 7. Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl, revealed, “I will definitely 100-percent say that it’s well worth the wait. It’s large. It’s mind-blowing.” This wait is a pretty long once considering the show won’t be back until October.

With Negan joining The Walking Dead, everyone knows that things are going to change. Norman Reedus is explaining that more than just the amount of people who are alive will change when the show comes back. They left us with a cliffhanger last season about who will die, but Reedus also said, “It’s a completely brand-new world right now. It’s very exciting. And it’s emotional. And then it’s overwhelming and emotional!”

Right now, Norman Reedus isn’t sharing who died, though. You know that he can’t get away telling the fans what happened, but Norman also admits that this is all hard on him as an actor. He said, “We’re a very tight-knit group down there [on location in Georgia], and we take it very personally, because we’re in it and living it. Every time you see us crying on camera, those are real tears. It’s a whole day of living that s–t.”

It is actually really personal for Norman Reedus and the other actors on the show. The Walking Dead is a show that they have already done for six seasons, and it is hard for them to just act like a character died the way that the viewers at home will do when they see it. Some viewers may shed tears, but for Reedus, this is all very personal. He shared the details.

“And when personal things happen to you, you don’t wander around telling everybody your personal stuff. So for us, it doesn’t feel like just a spoiler, it feels like a moment that really happened. And if there’s a death involved, it’s kinda weird to talk about it. It’s like going to our friend’s funeral or going possibly to our own funeral! It’s not like, ‘Hey, how are you? Want a selfie? Let me tell you about the funeral I was just at… ‘”

Deadline shared that Norman Reedus will be back on television before The Walking Dead airs. Norman’s show Ride With Norman Reedus will be airing. It will also be on AMC and will start airing on June 12. This show will follow Reedus while he is out riding his motorcycle. This first season will be six episodes long.

This is going to keep fans happy because they still get to see Norman Reedus. They will be meeting the locals and heading through Death Valley and several other places during this show. It is an unscripted show, so it will be a new way to get to see Norman Reedus. It will be great to get to know Norman better on this show. You never know if this will come back for another season in the future. If fans love it, they will continue to bring this show back because everyone loves Reedus and anything he is involved with on television.
