The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday’s episode indicate that Bethany will be causing some grief for Billy and Phyllis while Hilary’s antics cause drama for others in Genoa City. Stitch is ready to tell Max about his tumor, and there are some tense moments ahead in the June 6 show.
As viewers saw last week, Phyllis covered up her involvement in Billy’s motorcycle accident and bribed Bethany to go along with the story she had concocted. According to SheKnows Soaps, Bethany will show up at the hospital as Billy is ready to be discharged, and she will start playing her role. She will make a remark about what is going on between Billy and Phyllis, but Young and Restless spoilers share that he will try to claim that the two are just friends.
Hilary has prepared a press release promising that the new drug will be released in the fall, and this gets many in Genoa City flustered. Neville and Ashley will talk about how it is too soon, and Neil will confront Hilary about it as well. The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Neil will tell Hilary she should step back from the foundation, but she gets agitated and says he shouldn’t underestimate her.
Soon Devon will arrive, and he will share concerns about promising a fall release for the drug as well. Neil will point out the fact that Hilary hadn’t consulted with Devon before preparing the release, and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Devon will stick up for his wife, despite the concerns.
Abby and Stitch have learned that Max has a brain tumor that has been causing his behavioral issues, but surgery could be quite risky. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Stitch will be quite worried about putting Max through the surgery, but Abby helps him work through the options. As Soap Central shares, he will decide to move forward with it, and he heads to the hospital alone to tell Max what’s happening.
While Stitch pushes Abby away when it comes to talking to Max, Ashley will encourage Abby to go to the hospital. Max will agree that he wants the surgery despite the risks, and Abby soon arrives. She and Max hug as she says that they are a family, and they will stick together through this.
There will be more discussion between Ashley and Neville regarding the drug trial, and he voices concern over two patients having worrisome side effects. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that he will reassure Ashley that she is fine and not relapsing, but he sees signs that the drug is only a temporary patch and not a permanent solution.
Neville will soon head off to talk to Hilary about the drug. As Neville talks to her, Neil tries to talk sense into Devon when it comes to his wife, and he attempts to point out that she’s no longer the same woman they loved. Neville tries to explain the drug issues to Hilary, but Young and Restless spoilers tease that she brushes them off. However, her hand will shake as she pours some tea, surely a sign that she is starting to relapse.
Billy will confront Phyllis about the scheme she initiated with Bethany, but Phyllis insists that he needs to play along. When Billy and Bethany cross paths with Jack and Phyllis, Bethany will make a remark about how much Billy talks about his brother’s wife. Soon Jack will pick up on Phyllis’ unease, and Young and Restless spoilers detail that she will try to play it off as frustration over how he’s in love with someone else, yet canoodling with Bethany.
Hilary will lie to Devon about her discussion with Neville, but Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Neville will fill Ashley in on the conversation. He will mention how Hilary’s hand shook, knowing that it is a sign of relapse, and he will note that she could end up back in a coma if he doesn’t find a way to fix the drug.
What will Bethany do next when it comes to Billy and Phyllis? How far will Hilary go and will she end up back in a coma? Can Neville find a fix for the drug? Will Max survive and fully recover from his surgery? Spoilers tease that there is plenty of action on the way, and The Young and the Restless fans will not want to miss what comes next.
