LeAnn Rimes Is Not In Rehab, But Could Be Soon

Earlier today, several news outlets reported that LeAnn Rimes had checked into a rehab facility because she was having trouble dealing with stress and anxiety. Well, half of that report was true.

LeAnn Rimes is in “meltdown mode” but she hasn’t checked into a rehab facility yet.

TMZ writes:

“LeAnn has been in meltdown mode recently over a war she’s been having with a group of people who are upset about her relationship with Eddie Cibrian. The group has gone after her in a big way on Twitter, and LeAnn — rather than ignoring them — has fought back. We’re told the stress has been unbearable for her and she wanted help.”

The gossip site reports that LeAnn Rimes has sought help but she isn’t in a rehab facility. According to a source, Rimes is at a facility that teaches people how to deal with stress and anxiety. Rimes is free to check out on the weekends (unlike a rehab facility) and is free to use the phone whenever she wants (something that isn’t typically allowed in rehab).

It’s unclear where Rimes is getting help but apparently it is not a typical rehab facility. Basically, she’s in rehab lite.

Other rumors circulating today pointed to Rimes weight as the main reason for a visit to a rehab facility. TMZ reports that weight may be an issue in Rimes’ life but it is not the issue that she is dealing with at the moment.
