‘Destiny’: Xur’s Exotic Goods For June 3, Plan C And Feedback Fence On Sale

Destiny players get the chance at purchasing a couple of rarely seen Exotic pieces in Xûr’s inventory this week. The mysterious vendor arrives in the Tower on Friday with the Plan C and ACD/0 Feedback Fence for PlayStation and Xbox owners to consider.

Xûr can be found just outside of the Speaker’s building, next to the railing overlooking the city this weekend. Turn left as soon as you spawn in the Tower and run straight to the north part of the social space. Here’s where you can find him on the Tower map.

Plan C

Plan C is one of the better Fusion Rifles in the game due to its stability and quick charge time. It’s a gimme during activities with Arc Burn active and is an excellent option in the Crucible. Its perks include bonus accuracy to hip fire, reduced charge time, and fast equip/charge time after swapping weapons.

ACD/0 Feedback Fence

The ADC/0 Feedback Fence gauntlets for Titans are a melee-focused armor piece, and this is the first time they’ve been sold by Xûr in Year Two. The gimmick with this piece, though, is the “Wrath Conductors” perk that deals an area of effect damage around you when you take melee damage. It’s not enough to wipe out high-level enemies in PVE at full heath, but it does enough damage to cause a temporary stun. In PVP, it will give you a slight edge in melee encounters, as the AOE effect will damage opponents enough that when combined with one punch it should kill them. It’s important to remember that “Wrath Conductors” does have a slight cool down period after it procs.

The optional perks include “Rain Blows” for increased melee attack speed and “Momentum Transfer” for bonus energy on grenade hits. The final column optional perks grant the choice between faster reload speed for Hand Cannons or Sidearms.

The 42 Discipline/43 Strength stat roll is decent for a split stat roll. Consider re-rolling for stats that better suit your playstyle, though. These gauntlets are very situational, but do pair well with the Striker’s “Discharge” perk for Titans who like to get punchy.

Graviton Forfeit

This Exotic helmet is geared toward Nightstalker Hunters by granting the Shadestep ability for free via the “Elusive Shadow” perk. This frees up the final column in the Nightstalker skill tree to choose between “Keen Scout” and “Predator.”

The optional perks include “Hands-On” for bonus Super energy from melee kills and “Heavy Lifting” for bonus Super energy from Heavy Weapon kills. “Innervation” is the final column perk with bonus grenade energy from picking up Orbs of Light.

This is a solid pickup for PVE and PVP encounters and the 49 Intellect, 46 Strength stat roll is decent enough. However, Destiny players should consider re-rolling to obtain either “Better Already” or “Infusion” as the final column perk and “Inverse Shadow” in the third column.

Alchemist’s Raiment

This chest piece will definitely make Warlocks the best dressed Destiny Guardians in any activity. Additionally, the intrinsic “Iron to Gold” perk gives the player Glimmer when picking up Primary Weapon ammo and gives bonus Grenade and Melee energy when picking up Orbs of Light while the Super energy bar is full.

The optional perks roll in favor of Stormcallers this time around. In addition to the optional perk that grants more Special or Heavy ammo, it also comes with the choice between “Arc Burn Defense” and “Arc Armor.”

Alchemists’s Raiment is a neutral piece but best fits the Sunsinger and Stormcaller. However, Destiny players have discovered the “Iron to Gold” perk does not drop Glimmer at a particularly steady rate. Still, the pure 109 Intellect is an excellent stat roll.
