How Jennifer Lopez Keeps Her Big, Big Booty In Check


There’s no doubt that Jennifer Lopez stays in shape thanks to her ongoing Las Vegas residency at the Axis at Planet Hollywood. Now she’s revealing how she keeps her incredible body and booty in check.

Jennifer Lopez has always credited her celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson, for her amazing body. The women get together five mornings per week prior to a show while she rests up on the other two days that she has off. Lopez’s workouts generally take 45 minutes to an hour, which may seem like a lot of time if you’re busy like the singer. But Lopez is usually dancing her butt off in Tracy Anderson’s choreography-focused classes.

Apparently, the Tracy Anderson Method includes nine to 13 exercises that change every 10 days. And, of course, the singer loves to dance, box, and do other types of cardio. She also works with David Kirsch on circuit training. She says that both trainers offer different methods and different results.

The “Booty” singer showed off her amazing results at Carnival Del Sol at Drai’s Beach Club in Las Vegas. J.Lo donned a colorful printed Emilio Pucci hoodie with a matching bikini top underneath. She paired her sizzling summer look with a floppy oversized straw hat, white shorts, nude heeled sandals, Traci Lynn jewelry, and bright orange lipstick.

Jennifer looked the same as she did in her music video for “I’m Gonna Be Alright.” It’s kind of hard to believe that Lopez is 46 since she never ages.

Lopez then removed the hoodie and hat to show off her bikini bod once she entered Drai’s Beach Club. At the event, Lopez showed off some of her killer moves from her VIP balcony for the people below her. Lopez was seen dancing with her boyfriend, Casper Smart, and dabbing with the rest of them.

Now if you want to dance like J.Lo, then you should be warned because her dance moves are pretty intense. In fact, the routines are so difficult that even some of her backup dancers have thrown up afterwards. Once she put the routine together to rehearse her Las Vegas show, she noticed how crazy the performance was.

“When we did them back to back all the dancers were throwing up and it was so hard,” she told E! Online. “I was like, ‘Oh my God! What have I done?’ But then everybody was like, ‘It’s amazing!'”

All that hard work and effort paid off since Jennifer Lopez now has a wildly popular show that includes celebrity guests like Justin Bieber, Kris Jenner, Melanie Griffith, and Rebel Wilson. Jennifer says that she loves to watch her fellow pop stars perform whenever she has the time.

“I love going to other peoples’ shows. I went to Bieber’s not too long ago, I’ve seen Britney’s, I go to whatever.”

When it comes to her diet, Lopez previously revealed what she eats in a day, which includes a breakfast smoothie, kale salad, and queso for lunch, an apple for a snack, grilled chicken and Brussel sprouts with yams for dinner, and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. She also makes sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

For Jennifer Lopez, diet and exercise are very important to her. It’s something she feels she needs to be consistent with. Jennifer previously told Us Weekly that even she has to push herself to work out and eat right even when she doesn’t feel like it.

“You’ve got to work out, you got to watch what you eat. It’s a job – you’ve got to buckle down,” she admitted.

But Lopez admitted to People that it’s okay to make mistakes or indulge every so often.

“We’re all human. I don’t think you should beat yourself up if you make a mistake or if you have a potato chip. Everyone wants a cookie or a piece of cake or fried chicken every once in a while. It’s not about that. It’s about consistently and always trying to be better and trying to do good.”
